See title. All the data you could ever need is in one place. Want code out of the search console API? you got it. Want to compare it to google analytics data? Easy! Want to throw in some social and adwords data to create a custom, complex, weighted algorithm for a complete top-of-funnel metric? piece of cake!
Basically, if you want to take advantage of some technically complex API's (for the non-develoepr) and you don't want to learn the commands for dozens of APIs, Supermetrics is THE tool. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
While this is THE tool for getting data, learning how the queries work in sheets takes a bit of time and trial and error. I haven't the hardest time modifying queries when I'm hovering over one and switch to another. It can be tough to tell if I'm modifying a different query and sometimes it just doesn't seem to register. Once you know the ins and outs, it gets easier but there can be a learning curve for some of the more advanced usages. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
Supermetrics is effective in opening up connections beyond Google's immediate properties including Bing, Facebook, Twitter another. They have organized and categorized the element names which is very helpful in locating relevant data fields. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
Periodically there are bugs and responsiveness can take a bit of time. I have been trying for several weeks to pull in data from the paid side of FB account, but have been unsuccessful in troubleshooting or resolving the issue to date. Also, the organization structure of data fields results in things like a field name from Supermetrics not making a 1:1 match to the field name of Google, so the copy/change source functionality does not work as flawlessly as it could if they match; meaning new charts almost need to be rebuilt from the ground up. I love that I can get real time data into my spreadsheets. Using some pretty simple lookup formulas I am able to compile all of my clients data into one scannable report. I save loads of time. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
Multiple users make editing queries a pain and if a single data source is disconnected n.o data is reported. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
I like that it is easy to pull all my pay per click, Search engine optimization, social, and analytics into an automated report. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
I dislike all the different pricing and charges. I wish it was just one flat fee per month for all the usage, not different prices for different uploads per month. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

I love that I can use Supermetrics to aggregate all of our client reporting into one document. We can update things to our specific needs per each client. The number of reporting options available is great and it offers dozens of API connections all in one place. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
The interface can be a bit clunky and difficult to navigate at first. Also, sometimes it errors out and it can be hard to figure out what the exact problem is (whether it's your query, the API connection, etc.). Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
I didn't have high expectations for this tool, because a lot of the ones in the Google store are pretty disappointing, particularly the free ones. But I was happily surprised, because Supermetrics totally went above and beyond! The free version is a 60-day trial, and it was so useful that I'm actually going to purchase the full version when we need to use it again. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
It's definitely better at pulling information from more popular channels like Facebook, which give a lot of information about their data in their API. I wish there had been more data when it came to less popular channels, like Instagram and LinkedIn. I found more information on these channels' native analytics platforms than I did through Supermetrics, but I don't think they can do anything about this because it depends on API permissions. Additionally, my other qualm was that sometimes I wanted to customize the reports (change the title of certain columns, rearrange orders, etc) and I could never figure out how to get it to stay that way. Whenever I reran a report, it reset all of the fields and columns, which was a bit annoying to have to re-edit every time. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
Get the data you need, where you need it, without resorting to expensive, bulky tools. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

SuperMetrics has the ability to pull real-time reporting from numerous channels and marketing avenues into a live Google Sheet. The ability to add numerous data sources and customize the reporting is extremely useful for in-house and external purposes. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
It would be great if there were more options for filtering metrics. Analytics data is great to integrate but the filtering options are limited. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
