Where do i begin. For the amount that you pay for the service - there should be chat or phone support. Email only support that takes weeks or months to respond - is ridiculous. Its been 6 months and almost $1500 in spend and can't even get it to work or even get any responses back from support. for some of my colleagues who aren't very analytical or technical, they didn't know what to do with the data after pulling it into Google Sheets and Google Data Studio. There was a learning curve. It would be better if Supermetrics could provide more templates or human-assisted onboarding.
