Sometimes it isn't clear when metrics aren't compatible with one another (sometimes there isn't anything in the UI to provide clarity on this, you just get a general error message), and it takes some troubleshooting to figure out. By far the worst thing is their support. They have set up AI chatbot that automatically closes request without resolving them. There is no way to get to human and no way to resolve some issues by ourselves. We paid 1200USD for the product and it didn't even activate license. Their chatbot already closed 3 requests to resolve the issue and we haven't found a way to contact any human being. We literally pay for nothing. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

As a user of GCP, I appreciate the convenience of SuperMetrics in extracting data from various Ad Accounts including Facebook Ads, Google Ads, and TikTok Ads. All I need to do is create the necessary data transfers and datasets, and SuperMetrics handles the rest for me.
