Supermetrics has access to some hard-to-find digital marketing sources such as Pinterest Ads or Instagram posts. The amount of data-points available is generally all-encompassing as far as API endpoints go, and we're able to use the Sheets edition to help fill in gaps from our other ETL tools. Supermetrics offers functionality such as error handling and email alerts, however I have yet to see either of these features work. Much of my time spent within Supermetrics is spent manually finding and fixing errors from expired auth tokens or date formats changing randomly. Supermetrics allows for easy integration of several paid media channels in which we have ads placed.

Sometimes the aggregations (dimensions) will lead to a difference on the overall values of the metrics and that should not be the case. Or at least it should be explicitly stated.
For example, when adding certain columns to our views (lets say, demographics) the total cost or impressions would change. I can understand that the overlapping of dimensions may make for "double counting" some cost, but this should be properly warned, documented, etc. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
I most appreciate Supermetrics' ability to consolidate data from various marketing platforms into a single, unified view. This significantly streamlines our workflow and reduces the risk of errors, allowing us to focus on analyzing data and delivering actionable insights to our clients.

Supermetrics allows our agency to connect several dozen platforms from several dozen clients to create customized reporting. I really like how Supermetrics has a very wide range of connections to other platforms, even some of the obscure ones. The transfers were straightforward and quite easy to implement. Auto transfers, and monitoring can be set up, as well as email notifications (to the team as well) if errors occur. Customer support can sometimes be long, but your customer rep would ideally be the first point of contact, who would then escalate an issue. Some connections do not have fields/dimensions that exist on the ad platform but SM cannot populate or extract that data (unknown why, recurring issue but no fix or workaround).
