"Supercharges Email Productivity with Ease"
What do you like best about Superhuman Mail?

I like the paradigm that Superhuman Mail has developed. At first, it was a bit uncomfortable because I'm not used to working with email in this way, where it's basically one stream of consciousness in one pane where all your important emails flow into, and you handle them one at a time. But after a few days, it became super intuitive and I became super productive, especially using the keystrokes that Superhuman Mail has. It makes doing operations super fast. It's been extremely positive, and I just find it extremely well designed and easy to use. I'm very impressed by the intelligence Superhuman has when it comes to separating important emails from the not-so-important ones. The keystrokes make it very easy for me to compose an email, move an email to archive, and use the AI agent inside the editor or in the side panel. The interface, combined with the keystrokes, makes it super fast to go through my email every day. I think the AI that Superhuman uses has been trained very well. It's extremely efficient and accurate. Plus, it was extremely easy to set up and very easy to use. Once it was set up, Superhuman imported all of my email history, understood my tone, and how I communicate, which is really nice. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Superhuman Mail?

I submitted a few bug reports. For example, when I'm using the AI assistant in the side panel to create a calendar event, the event gets saved on my calendar, but the panel still shows the email with options to cancel or save it, leading to confusion. I often end up with duplicate meetings scheduled at the same time. This is something in the user interface, user experience that needs to be corrected. Also, with the AI assistant, it would be nice to be able to add external context. Even though Superhuman uses my email history and calendar, it sometimes doesn't have full context. Adding a file upload feature for extra context when drafting emails would be helpful. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Response from Pia Regio of Superhuman Mail

Hey, Tom 👋🏻 thanks a ton for this honest feedback!

It’s definitely helpful, and I’ve made a note about your thoughts on the calendar event duplication issue in the AI side panel, as well as your suggestion to add external context like file uploads when drafting with AI, to share with the team 📝

"Streamlined Email Management with Superhuman Mail"
What do you like best about Superhuman Mail?

I really like the minimal UI and keyboard shortcuts. These keep the email experience focused and efficient. I also really enjoy seeing the daily picture when I get to zero inbox. Consolidating all my inboxes in one place is such a nice experience. The minimal UI keeps me from getting distracted and puts important information up front. The keyboard shortcuts save me tons of time by keeping my hands on the keyboard so I can wiz through several actions quickly. The inbox consolidation allows me to quickly swap between inboxes with a keyboard shortcut so I don't have to switch browser tabs or tools. The messaging feature allows teammates to have conversations inline with the email thread without leaving the tool. The initial setup of Superhuman Mail was very easy. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Superhuman Mail?

I often cannot find what I am looking for when I use the search feature. If I'm looking for an email but don't know who sent it or when, even though I remember keywords, I rarely find it that way. There's a lot of noise from other emails that have been archived. I typically use the AI feature in search, which works better. It would be helpful to guide users to this AI search feature rather than the regular search bar to find what they are looking for quickly and with context. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Response from Pia Regio of Superhuman Mail

Hey, Rich 👋🏻 thanks for the feedback, and apologies for the trouble with search!

To provide a bit of context, without the use of quotes, Superhuman prefers a less literal search in case you're unsure of the exact word or phrase.

If you do know the exact word or phrase, you can search for it verbatim by using quotation marks, so "here's a phrase" instead here's a phrase. This is still something we're fine-tuning, and I'll keep you in the loop as we make improvements here 💫

That said, it’s great to hear that Ask AI is already helping you navigate search, seeing it at work like this is exactly why we keep refining these tools.

"Supercharged Email Management with Minor Navigation Hiccups"
What do you like best about Superhuman Mail?

I love how Superhuman Mail is a rock star at speeding through emails. The command j shortcut is amazing because it lets me rephrase what I want to say in my own voice, and it quickly reformats it beautifully. The slew of shortcuts available makes it easy to send off emails, mark them done, or very easily set reminders for next week, this week, tomorrow, or in two hours. This really makes life so much easier. I also appreciate that it preserves my voice and knows how I usually write to a specific person, maintaining the context of previous emails. It speeds things up and eliminates the need to use an external language learning model (LLM) and copy-paste back into the email. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Superhuman Mail?

The interface is a little hard to navigate. I can't read between the different emails, like, identify which are the other emails and searching for emails is a little hard. It's also hard to remember the shortcuts. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Organization Tools, Helpful AI, and Seamless Calendar Sync"
What do you like best about Superhuman Mail?

I especially love the organization tools, embedded AI that actually helps with drafting and summarizing, smart automations that reduce repetitive work, and the seamless calendar sync features — particularly how easy it is to find time across multiple calendars and send booking links. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Superhuman Mail?

Using Outlook for years, there is an adjustment to not having folders and some of the function differences. Just a learning curve. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Inbox Zero Made Fun and Efficient with Smart AI Replies"
What do you like best about Superhuman Mail?

The Inbox Zero workflow is highly effective—they've successfully turned email management into a more engaging experience. With three main options, you can either act on an email right away, snooze it for later by pressing 'H', or mark it as done and archive it with 'E'. This approach has noticeably sped up how quickly I can get through my inbox. On top of that, the AI reply feature allows me to draft responses in my own voice, and it does this with impressive efficiency. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Superhuman Mail?

I don't see any downsides. However, I would appreciate it if they could add more features, such as an integrated CRM or SRM, task management, and the ability to add notes to contacts. Aside from that, I find it to be a fantastic app. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Boosts Focus, Streamlines Email Management"
What do you like best about Superhuman Mail?

I really like the ability to hide emails until I need to address them. It helps me create a hyper-focused environment for working on what actually matters at that moment, avoiding inbox fatigue and analysis paralysis. I also think the hotkeys allow quick management and sorting, which is great. Spending a few minutes at the start or end of each day going through the inbox, setting reminders, marking as done, and using AI to help auto draft replies is fantastic. The initial setup was very easy as well. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Superhuman Mail?

I wish there were more native integrations, like with ChatGPT and Notebook LM as examples. I also wish the calendar integration with Gmail would work better. I like the ability to set different kinds of calendar invites and time blocks based on color and task, and I can't do that at the moment. I sometimes have to switch to Google Calendar. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Response from Pia Regio of Superhuman Mail

It's definitely helpful, and I've made a note about your thoughts on Calendar and adding more native integrations to share with the team 📝

"Streamlines Email Management for Busy Entrepreneurs"
What do you like best about Superhuman Mail?

I like the AI search in Superhuman Mail because you don't have to know a bunch of keywords or triggers like you do with Outlook. You can just tell AI something like, 'I made a hotel reservation last month for Atlanta in April, remind me where I'm staying,' and it will find the email and tell you. By allowing Superhuman to do a search for me, it cuts down on time. It can find the email much faster without me having to manage it. I can start a search for something I'm looking for, go off and do other work, and then come back to see the results. Additionally, the onboarding process and the videos are very helpful, making it easier, and they’re accessible for a refresher if needed. I also love the keyboard shortcuts, even though they might be a barrier for some people, I find them wonderful. Lastly, I think they've done a good job providing training videos for people to onboard them. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Superhuman Mail?

The heavy use of keyboard shortcuts might be a barrier for some people who aren't power users, as they might have a problem memorizing them, even though there are alternative options like using a mouse. Another issue is the lack of color differentiation for multiple accounts, which can make it difficult to visually separate them, leading to potential mistakes like sending emails from the wrong account. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Supercharges Email Management and Organization"
What do you like best about Superhuman Mail?

I really like how Superhuman Mail helps me organize my inbox and stay on top of important emails. It has this fantastic feature of splitting emails into different inboxes, which lets me prioritize what matters and clear out my inbox more efficiently. The AI features are super handy too, as it learns what I’m doing and auto drafts emails for me. It even reminds me of things I need to respond to, acting almost like an email assistant, making sure nothing gets lost. The setup was pretty easy, and the tutorial really helped me understand each part of Superhuman Mail. The interface is user-friendly, and overall, it’s a great tool. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Superhuman Mail?

There have been a few times when it kind of glitched and didn't reload, so I had to restart my computer to make it come back and function. Also, there's a bit of a learning curve with the auto labeling, especially if something is in a certain split inbox and I can't move it to a different one. I'm figuring that out and making sure important stuff isn't getting missed. I feel like some of it's user error, and some of it's just the AI and trying to navigate those. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Response from Pia Regio of Superhuman Mail

Thanks a ton for this honest feedback, Savanna!

"Incredible Shortcuts and Split Inbox Make Email Effortless"
What do you like best about Superhuman Mail?

The shortcuts are incredible. I didn't realize I could work with software without using my mouse.

The split Inbox view has been fantastic for my ADHD. It lets me focus on what's truly important and gives my brain a break from feeling the pressure to clear all of my emails. The team has also been very supportive whenever I've had issues, and the AI support is also really great. I use the platform multiple times a da,y and it makes my life so much easier. It's also super easy to get set up with very detailed onboarding. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Superhuman Mail?

The only thing I don't like is that I can't automatically add invites to my calendar, and that there is no choice. However, I've gotten used to it now, so it's not that much of an issue. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Response from Pia Regio of Superhuman Mail

"Sleek and Efficient for Inbox Zero Enthusiasts"
What do you like best about Superhuman Mail?

I appreciate Superhuman Mail for providing a better experience when dealing with my inbox, especially since I'm a firm believer in maintaining inbox zero. I like how it helps me reconnect with previous contacts easily. It's easy, fast, and 'no frills,' unlike the 'clunky' Outlook I used before. With Superhuman Mail, I enjoy a sleek and fast interface. The initial setup was incredibly easy, and that's a big plus for me. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Superhuman Mail?

It could/should be able to check my calendar and see if something talked about in an email became an event, even if sent in a different thread. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Response from Pia Regio of Superhuman Mail

Hey, Lúcio 👋🏻 thanks a ton for this honest feedback!

I can definitely see how helpful it would be to surface calendar events from email conversations, even when they occur across different threads.

I’ve shared your feedback with the team, and we’ll circle back if we’re able to explore this further down the line 🚀
