"Time Saving and Organization with Superhuman"
What do you like best about Superhuman Mail?

I save a lot of time using Superhuman Mail, as it allows me to optimize the way I handle my emails. I can create reminders and drafts by giving it instructions, which helps me prepare work for the future. The proper filtering of emails by Superhuman Mail saves me time because I don't have to spend extra minutes searching for messages. It has an agent that helps me locate what I need, and the reminders act like an assistant, notifying me about pending or upcoming tasks. The drafts generate suggestions for me and adapt to the tone of my communication, especially when sharing my schedule, as it checks my calendar and sends availability immediately. All of this allows me to save even more time. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Superhuman Mail?

I find it hard to remember the many commands on the computer, which can make the process difficult even though they could speed things up. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Efficient Email Management with Room for Integration"
What do you like best about Superhuman Mail?

I love how Superhuman Mail helps me get through a lot of email quickly and navigate efficiently between my personal work account and a support email account. I really appreciate the quickness and efficiency of the automatic inboxes we've set up based on labeling and the keyboard shortcuts. Switching to Superhuman Mail from Gmail was a great decision for efficiency purposes, allowing us to better organize emails in a way that works for us. The initial setup was pretty easy, which was evident when we onboarded an employee a month ago, and it went smoothly. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Superhuman Mail?

There are little things - like the inability to copy the text of a label - that could be useful for our workflow. We really, really, really could use the ability to tie into our custom CRM so that we could quickly see client info from within Superhuman. (If there was an API, we would be willing to build our own integration). Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Response from Pia Regio of Superhuman Mail

Hey, Justin 👋🏻 thanks a ton for this honest feedback!

At the moment, there isn’t a way to copy the text from labels in Superhuman Mail.

If you’re looking to use the same label on other emails, the quickest way is to open the email and hit L to bring up labels, then type the label name to apply it. This will also move the email into the corresponding Split for that label.

As for an external API, we don’t currently offer one. That said, it’s really valuable for us to hear that this would help with your CRM integration. I’ve shared your feedback with the team, and we’ll keep you updated if this becomes possible in the future 🚀

"Effortless Email Management with Powerful Features"
What do you like best about Superhuman Mail?

I like all the hot keys because they help me be much more efficient. Sometimes, I don't even need to read an email, and I can just perform something on it. I also like that you can respond to calendar invites, and it will automatically mark the email as done. I enjoy the snippets functionality and the ability to collaborate with teammates instead of sending emails. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Superhuman Mail?

There are sometimes a lot of pop ups that suggest certain workflows that I don't wanna use. Sometimes it asks me if I want to try comments instead of forwarding or emailing someone on the team. But I don't want to use comments. I think there might be something that says, like, don't ask me again, but I maybe it would just learn from the fact that I don't use it. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Response from Pia Regio of Superhuman Mail

Hey, Pauline 👋🏻 thanks a ton for this honest feedback!

It’s definitely helpful, and I’ve made a note about your thoughts on the frequent workflow pop-ups and making them smarter or less repetitive based on your preferences to share with the team.

"Streamlined Email Experience with Minor Notification Hiccups"
What do you like best about Superhuman Mail?

I use Superhuman Mail as my main emailing platform, and I really like it. It's really convenient and cuts out a lot of the noise, automatically handling extra emails like meeting notifications or junk that aren't relevant, which lets me focus more on the important emails without having to delete them myself. I also enjoy being able to put internal notes for awareness to my team. My favorite thing is asking AI to add my availability for meetings, which works great. Superhuman Mail makes everything convenient and easy to use, and I especially like the reminders feature. It helps me stay on top of my tasks by allowing me to remind myself of things the next day. Overall, I enjoy using Superhuman Mail for my everyday emails. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Superhuman Mail?

Sometimes the notifications don't come through right away. It's probably the app. Maybe they're there and I don't see them or maybe they need to last a little longer. The initial setup was a little confusing because it looked so bare and I didn't see where the menu is. I don't know the shortcuts yet, so I just use the shortcut menu. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Response from Pia Regio of Superhuman Mail

Hey there, thanks a ton for this honest feedback!

It’s definitely helpful, and I’ve made a note about your thoughts on notification delays, the initial setup feeling a bit unclear, and discovering menus/shortcuts to share with the team 📝

"Superhuman Mail Supercharged My Productivity and De-cluttered my Inbox."
What do you like best about Superhuman Mail?

Superhuman mail has been a serious game-changer for my productivity;

- I now routinely get to the bottom of my inbox rather then being swamped by mail because of the segregated inbox function where priority emails are always pushed to the top.

- I find great efficiencies with the AI search function where it can scan my inbox to answer contextual questions about an email I sent weeks or months ago.

- I really also love the clean look of their UI, far less cluttered and serene than my standard inbox view. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Superhuman Mail?

My only criticism is that at times I do find it hard to locate emails that may be seen as 'SPAM' and are auto-filtered by the tool away from my inbox... emails like those pesky one-time codes to access other online portals etc. BUt seriously, that's it! Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Response from Pia Regio of Superhuman Mail

Hey, Dallas — thanks a ton for this honest feedback!

It’s definitely helpful, and I’ve made a note about your thoughts on how spam filtering can sometimes make it tricky to find important emails like one-time access codes, and I’ll be sharing this with the team 📝

"Email Reinvented with Unmatched Speed and UX"
What do you like best about Superhuman Mail?

I really appreciate the incredible UX of Superhuman Mail. It feels like we're in 2026, not stuck in the past like with traditional email services such as Gmail. The design helps me go over my inbox much faster and craft emails quickly with AI, which knows my style of writing and can write in my voice. I love that it's blazing fast to create calendar invites, summarizing conversations and auto-adding everyone involved, saving me a lot of speed and time. I particularly like its ease of use and UX, which is very straightforward, both on mobile and desktop. Everything is so fast, from going over my inbox to adding follow-ups and reminders, and the many shortcuts really save me a lot of time. The initial setup was also incredibly easy. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Superhuman Mail?

I think there are a few meetings, especially because I use Outlook for work, that I still have to go through the Outlook calendar to change the meeting. So maybe, like, a better integration with Outlook. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Response from Pia Regio of Superhuman Mail

Hey, Patrick 👋🏻 thanks a ton for this honest feedback!

It's definitely helpful, and I've made a note about your thoughts on having a better integration with Outlook to share with the team 📝

"Streamlined Email Management with Stellar AI Integration"
What do you like best about Superhuman Mail?

I really like the seamless commands in Superhuman Mail that let me respond and mark something as done easily. Reminders are simple, and I love that I can just type things out. The AI integration is amazing, allowing me to draft emails very quickly or have the AI draft an email based on recent communications seamlessly. I really like how Superhuman Mail integrates with my Google Calendar. When I'm drafting an email and talking about a specific day, I can see my calendar on the right-hand side. Additionally, the initial setup of Superhuman Mail was super easy. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Superhuman Mail?

So on a mobile device, and sometimes on the desktop version, the way the thread is shown can be a bit confusing. It makes me double-check to ensure I'm not replying to an older message on a thread. I think having more clear indications of which message I'm replying to could be improved. Also, when I draft something and send it automatically, it's not 100% clear if the AI-drafted email was actually sent. So communication or feedback on sent emails could be clearer. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Response from Pia Regio of Superhuman Mail

Hey, Steven 👋🏻 thanks a ton for this honest feedback!

I've noted your thoughts to share with the team 📝 I hear you on the thread view being a bit confusing and the need for clearer confirmation when AI-drafted emails are sent, both are really helpful feedbacks.

"Superhuman Mail: The Ultimate Productivity Booster for Email Management"
What do you like best about Superhuman Mail?

Superhuman Mail is the ideal productivity tool. The clean interface reduces distraction, while the shortcuts are invaluable in speeding through email. Superhuman Mail allows you to customize the organization of your inbox so important emails are easily accessible and at the forefront. It integrates into my workflow easily, allowing me to check multiple email accounts and manage my calendar with ease. Superhuman Mail is a constant in my productivity workflow and something that I rely on multiple times each day. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Superhuman Mail?

There is nothing significant that I dislike about Superhuman Mail. There are times when I need to throw something on my calendar while I am in Superhuman, which requires some gymnastics if I am the only participant in the event. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Response from Pia Regio of Superhuman Mail

"AI Reminders Enhance Usability, Despite High Cost"
What do you like best about Superhuman Mail?

I like the AI and reminder features in Superhuman Mail. They save me a little time by pre-drafting emails and reminding me when I need to follow-up or send an email to someone. This capability really saves me a lot of time. I also appreciate the integration with HubSpot, as it allows me to easily see all the information from HubSpot within Superhuman. Additionally, the initial setup of Superhuman Mail was pretty easy. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Superhuman Mail?

I find the reminder feature sometimes annoying when reminders are set automatically. If I don't set it myself, it's because I don't need it, so getting an automatic reminder is frustrating because it makes me think I have something to do when I really don't. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Response from Pia Regio of Superhuman Mail

Hey Luis 👋🏻 thank you so much for the honest feedback!

We're sorry for the friction here! You can turn off these reminders by pressing Cmd+K → Reminder Settings, then selecting the “no messages” option.

Your thoughts on Auto-reminders are super helpful, and I’ve made a note to share them with the team 📝

"Achieved Inbox Zero Effortlessly with Superhuman"
What do you like best about Superhuman Mail?

It really facilitates my ability to achieve "inbox zero" - and with the added capability of taking action on emails quickly with keyboard entries on the desktop or quick actions on the mobile. Directing less important emails to other folders or deferring them also helps greatly. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Superhuman Mail?

This is not so much an indictment of superhuman, but of us as humans, and the way we have been using email for years. I really had to rewire my brain before I could fully commit to being superhuman. Mainly, and this can be a barrier for most, if you use M365/Outlook in the organization. For a while, I had to be in both clients - now I am about 97% superhuman. With a super random need to open Outlook. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Response from Pia Regio of Superhuman Mail

Hey, Allen 👋🏻 thanks a ton for this honest feedback!

It's definitely helpful, and I've made a note about your thought to share with the team 📝
