1. The customer service is quick and helpful and provides resolutions to any issues that arise

2. Its fairly easy to use once set up is complete

3. We use it everyday to sync between different market places and its never had any downtime with the integration

We use Sumtracker on Shopify across international markets, with multiple warehouses in different countries. It works perfectly to manage bundles/kits which we have relatively complex requirements for. The customer support is always very quick, willing and able to help any issues or feature requests. If you do make to order or print-on-demand, there's the one thing that is missing that will make this software a game changer, is the BOM and a list of products that needs to be manufactured.
