What do you like best about Summize?

Good view of the contracts, fairly intuitive search and filter functions.

Access restrictions.

Single point of truth.

Relatively easy to get to grips with at a basic level.

Support has been excellent so far. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Summize?

Needs to be an inbetween user access for librarians.

Limited folder structure, at least another level, possibly two needed.

Would be good to add others to a document to notify alerts rather than having to customise individual alerts. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Occasionally the algorythms misread contracts / struggle to pick up every detail in clauses, especially when addendums e.g. are attached in same scanned doc. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you like best about Summize?

Besides having an outstanding CLM product, the people who have helped us in our CLM journey are amazing. From Olly Atkin, who introduced us to Summize, to the helpful and knowledgeable implementation and training team of Tom Pratt, Kyle Schmidt and Leanne Hayes, the people and attentiveness to their customers is what stands out for me. They truly listen to the customers' needs and respond immediately. Their weekly training has been phenomenal. The transition to Summize was flawless. The program itself is logical and user friendly. Aside from the continuing support and contact with the customer services team Summize itself has changed how we review and manage new contracts. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

The only slight snag we've encountered if that there's no internal way to move contacts from Requests to Repository but it doens't overally affect usability Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
