Much like your mobile phone & its apps, it's comforing to know that many modules & extensions are either already there or available to accomodate changing needs as a CRM (or any software) is developed & integrated into a company's workflow. Added to that is the ability to create custom modules without the need for a computer programmer.

SuiteCRM is open source. That means you can do a lot of customization within the platform. I like that the contact records give you the ability to schedule upcoming calls, meetings and tasks. I dislike the user interface. It feels like SuiteCRM is a database that had a user interface designed on top of it. However, the work flow for the sales rep is cumbersome. My experience with other CRM products has been simpler.
