SuiteCRM is one of the best Customer Relation Management systems that I personally used. I've used other software in my previous lines of work but I prefer SuiteCRM hands down. SuiteCRM is useful when I need to call or email patients to set up meetings. It is easy to manage accounts with importing, exporting, and merging records. SuiteCRM is a little dated and runs slow sometimes, of course, that could be a connection issue (according to my IT guy). Also, if you don't have the updated version, SuiteCRM 7.10 plus, there are limited theme options. It's not really that important, but I would like to make our pages a little more flashy. It adapts to all types of work, comes with a multitude of forms with dozens of fields, and if it's not enough, you can create all the fields you need. You can generate customizable searches and modify almost 100% of the forms. Manageable by users with permissions, ensuring security. It also has a mobile version, so there is no problem accessing from any device. It also has email configuration to send notifications to all accounts and even send emails from the application itself.
