What do you like best about SuiteCRM?

We can easily create a new fields with any data type and put any fields inside edit, list and detailview via studio.

- Hook concept is awesome.

- Easily generate dynamic reports and no need to assist another one. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about SuiteCRM?

- Need to improve the UI

- Sometimes email module is taking long time to load the emails from servers

What do you like best about SuiteCRM?

I like it for the simple reason that it adapts easily to any type of business, has a very coda interface and fully customizable with open source, and free and without limitations.

It is one of the best tools for interacting with our customers as it has functions for increased production in sales, I can also track calls thanks to the versatility of customer management. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you like best about SuiteCRM?

I love how easy Suite CRM is to implement, from features such as managing interactions with clients to keeping all your clients contact information to one place. You can fully scale your business using Suite CRM ! Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

I dislike how basic it is you have to get a developer in order to fully utilize Suite CRM ! it can be a burden especially coming from different CRM such a Salesforce or HubSpot ! Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you like best about SuiteCRM?

What do you like best about SuiteCRM?

Suite CRM is the best self-hosted, open-source and customizable CRM. In fact, this is one open-source CRM that can face head-on with any other enterprise or cloud-based CRMs. Right from importing from a traditional database or importing from excel, Suite CRM also allows adding custom fields. What do you like best about SuiteCRM?

I like CRM Suite because it is totally free and has a wide variety of options that for me make it look much more complete than others, offering a variety of functions for my sales. I can track calls thanks to the versatility of customer management, that's great and little seen in other CRM Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about SuiteCRM?

I do not like that it is complicated to install it since it can take time and effort or lead me to seek help from others who install it for me. I want to be able to do it myself without needing another or support Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you like best about SuiteCRM?

I love this solution because it provides a good service for free. CRM Suite is one of the best on the market and one of the preferred ones for the simple reason that it is scalable and has a comfortable and adaptable interface according to what you need, also has a good technical support that is completely aware of any inconvenience.
