What do you like best about SuiteCRM?

Open Source Completely free CRM, Its have all the options line Email Marketing, We can have Customer Support from Community, East to Implemet in Self Hosting Server, for We can customize like anything We can create modules as per our requirement, For Day to Day Usage of CRM this is the best Siltion Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about SuiteCRM?

Integration is very low, No Commercial Customer Support, Complexity while Customization for a New Bee, We may face performace issue with huge number of Users Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you like best about SuiteCRM?

I like the fact that you could easily deploy it in-house. Due to data privacy concerns, we prefer to have our clients' information stored on our local servers instead of handing it over to cloud providers.

With regards to improving the b2b sales process, it could have an easier automation workflow. However, it drastically improved our sales process and enhanced the transparency of information processing. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about SuiteCRM?

They can build and develop more integration plugins available.

More intuitive templates can be developed.

When it comes to a PHP based software or tool , security can be a concern as they have to many loopholes and suiteCRM use some outdate PHP version.

What do you like best about SuiteCRM?

The website application itself has a lot of functionality, and modification options seem to be endless. It has some semblance of JIRA to it, meaning tons of customizations, a lot of information storage and management functions. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about SuiteCRM?

The software itself is messy in that it has so many different tags and functions for each option you're adding to it. It's working slowly, and the viewing of an added account is in no way user-friendly. If you add a record of any type, say your client to it and add some details to it; once you open it, the information is not displayed in a user-friendly manner. You might have to scroll or click through multiple tabs or pages to view various parameters of the record. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Recommendations to others considering SuiteCRM:

No! I would not recommend it. There are much better alternatives out there. Make your pick. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
