Disappointing about the way SugarSync hides the fact that subscriptions are automatically renewed without an opt-out feature. You have to read deep into its Terms and Conditions. If you miss the renew date, there's no relief or attempt to help. They only sent me a link to their Terms and Conditions and made no effort to work with me or even offer a pro-rated refund.
