What do you dislike about Sugar CRM Connector?

Our team had trouble connecting and tracking emails. Also couldn't connect to calendars. Scheduling activities and meetings had to be entered in manually. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you like best about Sugar CRM Connector?

Easy to configure. Very functional. Love the ability to create fields and generate reports quickly. Having different subscription options is huge. Great add-ons Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Sugar CRM Connector?

Cost is a little higher than other products. Once you get to a certain level of CRM expertise, you almost always have to upgrade to a better plan or find a more powerful CRM Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you like best about Sugar CRM Connector?

An intuitive way to send data from our CRM to Act On, making it very easy to set up effective automated campaigns. I can set up segmentation in Act On for campaigns just as easily as I can in Sugar. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Sugar CRM Connector?

Nothing with the connector itself, but we do run into problems with processes taking too long overnight that delay our Act On email sends in the morning. This most likely isn't a problem with the Connector. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
