What do you like best about Sublime Text?
It is very easy to use, very fast and flexible. If you are using linux, its really good to implement python scripts, for example, and compile them via terminal. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you like best about Sublime Text?

What do you like best about Sublime Text?
Sublime Text editor automatically generates a project wide index of every method, function and class. Multiple selection functionality allows user to interactively change many lines at once which is quite useful functionality from a developer perspective. plus, it has built-in code to edit any external code. What do you like best about Sublime Text?
Compared to other alternatives such as Atom, it consumes very little RAM, even loading thousands of files.
All the features work very fast and smoothly.

What do you dislike about Sublime Text?
There is a way to sync your personal settings and set of plugins for many computers, but it is manually done using a service such as Dropbox. It would be nice if that feature is integrated with the editor. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

I’m not sure why but pleasant looking syntax highlighting makes me really happy and since my technology list will grow in time, I want an editor that will grow with me when it comes to supporting different file types.

‘I use sublime text’, is often misunderstood as ‘I am a novice and I don’t like pure black window’. There is no way this 7 years old editor is going to compete with 39 years old emacs and 15 years old fork of yet another 39 years old editor vi. Nevertheless, there’s much more to come.
