Top Rated Streamline AI Alternatives

The ability to create and tailor request forms to the granular level you need is phenomenal. In general and for our legal team, no two requests are the same, and this is an incredibly intuitive tool that allows you to really hone in what you need. The metrics options that exist are already pretty incredible, and knowing they are expanding on what's possible when it comes to the kind of reporting and file types will make this all the more impressive. I love that you can easily check the status on not just overall requests in the pipeline, but that you can get to the nitty gritty down to each individual on your team, request type, where are the requests originating from, and so much more. It's truly taken us a LONG time to find the right tool and not just for fiscal reasons. This tool can be as robust or as simple as you need. This was truly the best decision for our legal team. No matter where I am in my career, I can assure you I will be pursuing any legal team that I am involved with to adopt this tool. Little to no training was needed for our stakeholders, they took it in stride and just starting using the tool as if it was always part of the legal request process. I cannot champion this tool enough, it's truly a game-changer. Also as an aside, the Streamline reps that you work with are incredibly responsive, open to feedback, and work with you every step of the way as in-depth as you'd like. They are also respective if you want to just purchase a tool, and just do your job and that's that. Truly truly such a pleasure and cannot wait to see future features. We use this tool daily, and so does so many stakeholds. And being the adminstrator of this entire process it was incredibly easy after a couple of back-and-forths with our internal Eng/IT team to implement this. 10/10. Needs more integration features and functionality with Slack -- once they are able to have the open API feature, the sky will be the limiti! More options for metrics reporting and exporting is necessary so that legal departments can provide those hard and fast legal team "value" needs. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Requestors can assign a request but I understand this issue is being looked at and should be resolved. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
I can't say enough great things about Streamline AI. Just ask my colleagues! I'm a contract-negotiator turned platform-implementation geek (in the best possible way). Streamline AI has been a well-recieved intake platform at our quickly growing biotech company. Prior to Streamline AI, we weren't able to move quickly on requests or give instant visibility to colleagues regarding the status of their request.
Streamline AI's system allows me, a legal professional with no technical background, to build all of our intake forms and create custom workflows, quickly. And we have the ability to take a snapshot of the entire collaboration process that occurs in Streamline AI and add that snapshot as supporting document to our CLM so I still have the same audit trail of approvals that I had with my CLM.
For about a year, I had been utilizing a Smartsheet link to a tracker I built. This was my only way to give all employees the ability to funnel in requests - to try to keep them out of our legal team emails and slacks. It was really hard to keep track of how many requests each person in our legal group was receiving or actively working on at any time. It was time consuming for each of us to answer emails from our colleagues who were nicely acting for status updates - and really time-inefficient when many times the answer was that our legal team was actually waiting for said colleague to provide documentation or information and held the responsibility, not legal.
With Streamline AI, I don't have the same rigid barriers and constraints as our CLM workflow.
I don't have to have a user license for every person in my company. Now everyone has access to Streamline AI through our SSO. And the plus is I can track how much our legal team is helping and be able to report back to my executive team with real data.
I have access to speak to my professional services team and they respond quickly and if they don't know the answer...they find it and bring it back to me. And if the option doesn't exist, they're happy to log the request and I know it will be evaluated . No longer do I have to fill out tickets, search ancient knowledge base articles or tell my colleagues that I hope to hear back from someone soon. If I have a problem, Streamline AI finds a suggested solution. If I need help creating an intake form, they provide it, happily. If I accidentally delete a question used in a live form, they figure out when exactly I did it and help me fix it (unfortunatley a true story).
What do I like best about Streamline AI? That all of our colleagues have access to view a tracker that's easy to read *and* it was easy for me to configure. Don't get me wrong - my IT department first performed their diligence and were satisfied with all of the security responses Streamline AI provided to them; my IT department also helped me set up our SSO, Sharepoint, Slack and other configurations and they worked directly with the Streamline AI team without any major hiccups. But other than that, they have never been asked to get involved with any part of the process to set up or maintain our Streamline AI platform. Pretty cool! From the start of implementation to the introduction of our pilot program with about 4 intake forms live, we were up and running in less than 8 weeks.
Now, about 9 months after we signed our contract with Streamline AI, we have a variety of intake forms for our legal team - we've even expanded to other legal functions beyond our contracts team! We've also used Streamline AI to create a decision tree that is used by our procurement department to determine if a contract needs legal review or not. The Streamline AI system allows us to connect requests for easy reference, even after they've been completed. Now we can connect our colleagues who are working on similar tasks and give them more reference information as well. All of this has created efficiencies that were really needed. Streamline AI has changed the way that our team functions in our day to day work. Our contracts team relies heavily on Streamline AI all through the day to keep us in collaboration with our colleagues and the necessary parties up-to-date with each contract task under review. It's not an overestimate to say that Streamline AI has quickly become a platform that our legal contracting team depends on for our daily work. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
Streamline AI is building out the platform and I hope that what I dislike about it now will be a distant memory in 6 months. There are constant updates to the system which is awesome.
I would love to be able to select what documents are visible to users and other documents are only visible to our core users. I'd like/LOVE (and expect this will change pretty soon) - to have the ability to customize all of the status options.
I'd also like some more functionality with the workflows so I can trigger alerts or status updates based on a file being added from a particular site or integration, like DocuSign.
Some parts of Streamline are still a headache for me - may sound silly but not being able to change the font color or font size on intake forms has been challenging and I think would be helpful in terms of showing certain phrases in red color or larger fonts in certain fields for impact.
I think the biggest challenge that we have is relying on the notifications bell on the tracker to provide updates on any changes to the request. I read another reviewer that mentioned it would be helpful to have a row turn bold if there was a new change. I agree with that. The bell is a new addition and I love the ability to see the latest change but it pulls in too much from email threads.
Compared to what I had before I found Streamline AI, I love love love Streamline AI. I do think we'll need to look for a new CLM in another year and as of now, Streamline doesn't offer the full CLM. I am hopeful Streamline AI will integrate with more CLMs if it decides to focus the business on other areas than building a CLM - it's a strong system just as it's built now. Streamline AI offers an extremely flexible, customizable intake, assignment and notification workflows automations that almost immediately began helping us track and organize our Legal and Compliance team's incoming work requests.
Moreover, the searchability of tickets allows us to utilize Streamline as a repository of past legal guidance given to the company, and is allowing us to pull out common themes from which we hope to derive self-service resources (which we can link out to directly from Streamline and ultimately reduce the number of incoming requests as we drive self-service).
I also have seen just in the first year of working with Streamline, that the product is consistently and constantly improving and adding features (something a lot of SaaS tools tout without backing it up with action)...but Streamline has delivered here in a way that is refreshing and energizing, and leaves me perpetually excited to see what will be rolling out next.
Probably the best thing about my experience with Streamline AI has been the amazing implementation, integration and ongoing product support we have received. Evan and Sophia have been incredible to work with, are always quick to respond and address issues (often before I realize there was even a problem to begin with!), and have really gone above and beyond to set us up for continued success. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
I'm nitpicking, but the ability to do a text search of comments left in tickets (and not just field content) would 10x the utility of Streamline as a repository of legal/product/regulatory guidance.
I also wish that there could be multiple individuals/teams assigned to tickets (vs. a single individual). Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

This platform listens to an issue that many teams have: prioritizing visibility and communication across a multi-team approvals system.
Streamline.ai has solved this problem by allowing organizations to gain control over commercial matters, irregardless of the size of a deal, number of approvals and teams involved, and its priority status.
Having the ability to see all of the contract details in front of you and the ability to send a request out for approvals at the click of a button is truly a game changer. Above all, Streamline.ai is extremely user friendly. The organization has seamlessly added this platform into its daily processes. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
Streamline.ai is an evolving tool and I am excited to see it grow.
I hope to see an internal contract management system that holds all executed contracts that result from Streamline.ai requests, and more integrations options such as Outlook, Sharepoint, etc. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
The template forms that Streamline AI offers made it easier for us to collaborate with different crew members for similar requests that we receive. We save our crew members' time by allowing them to fill out the forms that we prepare through Streamline instead of having them draft their proposal for these requests.
The customer service team at Streamline AI is also very helpful with answering our questions and suggesting necessary changes to the templates that we are using in accordance with our needs. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
We encountered some issues with receiving notifications related to the approvals through Streamline AI. However, our customer success contact has been very helpful in order for us to resolve this issue. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Our legal team uses Streamline AI to bolster and support all our teams throught the business. During the implementation we were able to go from zero to 100 within a month. This allowed for a period of training to get our internal stakeholders up to speed rapidly. Due to the very user friendly interface, our stakeholders did not require much training (if any) to be able to make full use of the system. Our experience with implementation did not stop once we went live, and continues on even now. I meet bi weekly with the amazing team at streamline to go over any questions and hear about or see new features that are coming/are live. The whole experience with Streamline has been great and very user friendly. We are now seeing daily use of this system and with the integrations they offer. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
The only downside is that we didn't have them sooner! Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

The Streamline AI interface is extremly intuitive and makes the system simple to use. With a few clicks of a button we can easily assign/delegate tasks within the legal department and route documents for approval. The metrics we get from Streamline AI help us to track overall volume, individual contributors' workload, and determine where the bottlenecks in our processes lie, as well as understand where we need more support. Streamline Ai was a key first tool for our legal deparment to implement and will continue to be a factor in our success in managing prioritizing tasks and tracking productivity. And a big shoutout to the customer support team for their excellent responsiveness and ability to resolve any questions we throw at them! Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
Currently, we only use Streamline AI for task tracking, metrics, and approvals. We look forward to seeing broader capabilities for the platform and additional integrations. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Streamline was a great addition to my tech stack as it allowed our team greater reporting capabilities, gave us clear visibility into the volume of requests our team dealt with, and more. As a former frequent user on the commercial team, Streamline was intuitive to use.
On top of an already useful platform, Streamline's support team is like no other SaaS vendor that I've worked with in the past. They are attentive, quick to find solutions to any issues you may be experiencing within the platform, and have come to be an invaluable strategic partner to us. Streamline is meeting our team's needs for now, but we will need the platform to scale as we do. For example, I would be interested in expanding Streamline's use outside our commercial team, but I would like to be able to create separate dashboards to track different internal matter types. However, Streamline's team has expressed its goal to scale with us and continuously meet our needs. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
I've used other workflow tools that were not specifically tailored to legal workflows and this is far superior, I think because Streamline was built by someone who has actual experience as an in house lawyer. There are so many features that make so much sense for legal use. I especially love the ability to implement rules based automation in the intake forms to reduce user error.
This tool was also incredibly easy to implement, which is critical for a small team that doesn't have a dedicated technical resource. It's been very easy for both legal and business users to pick it up and start using it. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
Streamline is a new-ish service, so they are lacking in some integrations. For example, they don't currently integrate with Coupa. However, the customer success team is so responsive and the product team is always rolling out new updates, so we're optimistic that this will improve over time. The visbility into incoming requests.
We used to struggle with requests coming in from all different channels and were starting to lose track of request status, especially when your organisation is very slack dependant. With streamline we now have a great overview of what's incoming, business users can see where their request is sitting and we now we can dig up a historic overview of a request.
Further I'm amazed on the user adaptation within our business without any user training. I haven't had anyone complain so far that Streamline is hard to use for non-legal team members and everyone is making the effort to submit legal team requests through Streamline.
It's also very easy to go into the tool Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
Nothing in particular.
Streamline is a start-up in full development so I'm sure lots of exciting features are coming our way.
What I'm currently missing is
- seeing updates on requests highlighted in the app itself (i.e. like seeing an unread email). Now I have to click into each request to see if I missed anything.
- Would appreciate a reminder functionality (both to core and business users).
- Archiving function
- The functionality to hide (confidential) requests from other legal team core users.
- User management within the core team users (i.e. different gradation of access to certain request types per function) -> this relates a bit to my previous comment on hiding confidential requests.
- Further enhancement of the Salesforce integration to make sure the comments made in streamline feed back into the Salesforce chatter.
To make this a full legal team workspace where a team can have all of its resources / requests in one I'd like to see a notes / task section. There's always stuff you need to do that I don't feel needs to be a request in Streamline but would be nice to have your secondary to do/task/notes list visible in Streamline.
