STORIS products are clearly developed for the retailer AND the customer, making it the best option for our furniture company. The products are easy to use and can be customized and configured for your business. The best part about STORIS Unified Commerce is that it's frequently being updated with new features. STORIS is at the top of the game regarding inventory control. We struggled for years to control our inventory. Since partnering with STORIS, our inventory accuracy rate has gone from 60% to 98% (last cycle count.) Also, our delivery revenue has increased by over 600%, primarily due to STORIS's ability to assign delivery charges based on zip codes at POS automatically. STORIS support is GREAT! Not once in 3 years has STORIS failed to go above and beyond when it comes to supporting us. It is hard to say, "What I like best about STORIS"; it is easier to say, "STORIS is a tremendous asset to our company, and one of the best decisions we made was partnering with STORIS." The best aspect of STORIS is the unification of their available systems. Nowadays, having your Point-of-Sale system, in-store experience management software, and website connected is a must. Since the enhanced special order features are relatively new, some key things are missing. For instance, there is no way to price a special ordered product without putting it on a sales order.
