I love the idea of getting recognised by colleagues through the planting of trees! It always puts a 😁 on my face and makes giving out recognition much more tangible, plus as a sustainability focused business, we are encouraging even more emissions reduction through this scheme.

Nothing, apart from I'm not sure if the recognition system syncs up with any of our other systems like Officevibe does? since I haven't heard much from management in terms of who has the most recognition throughout the team etc. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
