I like using Evergreen, because it helps us to be aware of all the good work we are doing as a team, and also to feel appreciated in the company, as we are all working towards the same goal and same values.
The part that I like the most, is the statistics, especially because knowing how many recognitions I have received and how many trees I have planted during a month makes me realize the great things I am doing and the actual impact I am making not only in my job but the world by compensating with my carbon offset. Using it is super easy, I wouldn't change anything. Personally, as I really like the sustainable side of it, I would like to know more facts about how the trees are being planted or tips on how to compensate for our carbon footprint in our daily life as a team, and maybe who on the team is the Carbonoffset leader, as a funny thing.
