What do you dislike about Stitch?

- Some lack of attention to detail, we frequently caught things that were incorrect in preliminary briefs, but luckily they had a process in place to catch these things before going live. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems is Stitch solving and how is that benefiting you?

We recently worked with Stitch to complete a migration from Iterable to Braze, and I was very impressed with their service. From start to finish, the team was highly professional and communicative. They made the entire process seamless and stress-free.

One of the standout qualities of the Stitch team was their proactive approach. Not only did they successfully move all of our campaigns, events, and canvases but they also took the initiative to suggest improvements and optimizations along the way. They got into the weeds to troubleshoot and worked with the team to make things happen and hit deadlines. Their expertise was evident throughout the project.

The communication was top-notch – we were always kept in the loop with regular updates and clear timelines. I truly appreciated how easy they were to work with, always willing to go the extra mile to ensure everything was running smoothly.

Not necessarily a fault of Stitch, but more clarity on the onboarding package that Braze requires and the services that Stitch is providing. What do you like best about Stitch?

Aside from how much time they've helped free up, I appreciate the people. They're quick learners, follow instruction well, and often propose new ways to help streamline tasks. What do you like best about Stitch?

They act as real right seat rides. They are along the implementation with us beyond just the technical work. Willing to look around the corner and see a potential bump in the road or suggest a new way of doing things that'll improve our performance as a team. Most importantly, they don't place these rigid toll-gates in the process that once you're past you can't revisit without spending more money to just have a conversation. They've given me no reason whatsoever to not recommend; especially if you are switching from SFMC to Braze. They have a deep depth of knowledge in both products and remain on time with work at a high level. I've worked with four or five agencies in the digital marketing space and this is the first one that has truly, at all times, brought individuals to the project that have the requisite skill level for me to trust that our organizations dollars will be well used. What do you like best about Stitch?

We were really hoping for a more strategic partner that could provide suggested improvements to our process and strategy and also confirm best practices. Stitch is helping us transition all processes/assets from our previous marketing automation platform over to our new one, Braze. What do you like best about Stitch?

The downside is the moving forward engagement structure, we had hoped we could keep them on a retainer and bank some hours each month so we would have the team available as issues arose. This wasn't an option that was available, so we will wait until we need to enhance our techstack and move to our "Future state" to engage them again. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Use them. They took a highly complex system and broke it down in a way that we can understand and armed our team with the knowhow to manage the system on the day to day they're fantastic. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems is Stitch solving and how is that benefiting you?

We needed to be better at gathering first party data and creating unified customer profiles from multiple sources, we had identified the Segment CDP as the best solution. Unfortunately, none of us had the first clue about implementing the tool and it wasn't until the Segment team introduced us to Bobby at Stitch did we start understand what was possible. We engaged the Stitch team to build out out the platform and get us started along our way. At first we had John and Ross leading us through the process but when John was promoted Becky filled in for him. Everyone was top shelf and helped us work through some significant unforseen challenges along the way. What do you like best about Stitch?

The team is so talented and they operate at the confluence of technical excellence and superior customer service. Our organization has been scratching our heads over some specific data questions for decades and Stitch was able to access the information in minutes -- because they understand how to get there and why it matters.
