I needed to coordinate film crews in 3 different cities in different states over a 3 week period who would be able to interview our current customers at events and then send that footage in to be combined into a cohesive video by our internal team. Our project coordinator found experienced professionals in the locations we needed, facilitated communication, made sure everyone was coordinated, and handled payments to individual contractors.
