We're able to better manage client and provider customer service experiences thanks to StatusCast. We select which incidents generate notices and which are "post only". As an externally hosted resource, communication is available even when our applications are not. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
We have found it difficult to manage subscriber lists within StatusCast. It is a rather manual process to sort through users. In addition, the use of StatusCast for multiple applications makes it more difficult to target messages to specific components. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Statuscast is simple to use and administer and has a nice integration suite... But the one thing that I like best is their responsiveness. The StatusCast team has been fantastic to work with, answering every question, taking feedback and adjusting any time necessary. Truly customer focused. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
Hard to put dislikes at this point as most everything that we have brought up, they have either had an answer for or have since added capability. To pick one thing that would be nice is more Admin control over users in the native tool so, for example, I could add or modify member information (like components, contact preferences, etc) especially for VIP users. Even with this, the StatusCast team has always been willing to help us do what was needed. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
We have several different services across multiple platforms. Keeping tabs on each status and being able to accurately and rapidly post information on them for our users to access in realtime is incredibly valuable to our support staff. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
