I like StartDeliver for its ability to provide a comprehensive overview of customers, enabling a deeper understanding of their usage in the platform, feedback and needs. The best thing about Startdeliver is that this tool gives me a bird's-eye view of the whole customer portfolio, while at the same time I can make a deep dive into each of the profiles to better understand their situation and health scores. The standard and custom integrations between our CRM, our Database, and StartDeliver automate most of our processes. Which, in turn, gives me a great overview of our customers and their status.
I also love the attention we get from our CSM Robin. He has helped us proceed with developing our ways of working, and understand how the system works.

I use Startdeliver to complete my every day Customer Success tasks. It’s easy to manage all the necessary information in one place (product usage, email correspondence, and projects). Startdeliver helps me to monitor customers’ progress and keep track of my actions.

I think the best thing about Startdelivery is the up-to-date healthscores, which have made it much easier to manage customer relationships. The statistics and reports are also very useful. We have built an integration between Startdeliver and Intercom; this is super powerful and crucial for our segmentation. Thanks to this, we can target users with specific campaigns based on their user or company health score. With this setup, we're ready to scale our company and user base.
