What do you like best about Startdeliver?

I like StartDeliver for its ability to provide a comprehensive overview of customers, enabling a deeper understanding of their usage in the platform, feedback and needs. We want to follow up on our customers' usage in the platform as well as for the team to get an overview of their customer portfolio and follow up on their needs and feedback. What do you like best about Startdeliver?

The best thing about Startdeliver is that this tool gives me a bird's-eye view of the whole customer portfolio, while at the same time I can make a deep dive into each of the profiles to better understand their situation and health scores. What do you like best about Startdeliver?

The standard and custom integrations between our CRM, our Database, and StartDeliver automate most of our processes. Which, in turn, gives me a great overview of our customers and their status.

I also love the attention we get from our CSM Robin. He has helped us proceed with developing our ways of working, and understand how the system works.

The possibilities I have to customize the system myself is also a fantastic feature. Everything from filtering lists, to creating custom fields and integrations without the need of spending time on consultants is fantastic! Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Startdeliver?

It is, sometimes, apparent that the system is in an early stage. Many features are in their Roadmap, and sometimes, things do not work as intended. But everythig constantly keeps improving! Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you like best about Startdeliver?

I use Startdeliver to complete my every day Customer Success tasks. It’s easy to manage all the necessary information in one place (product usage, email correspondence, and projects). Startdeliver helps me to monitor customers’ progress and keep track of my actions.

Startdeliver helps my team to know everything that we need about customers. No surprises - thanks to detailed categories and statuses we always know what actions to take with which client. What do you like best about Startdeliver?

I think the best thing about Startdelivery is the up-to-date healthscores, which have made it much easier to manage customer relationships. The statistics and reports are also very useful. It is also easy for us to develop our Customer Success processes because Startdeliver offers the possibility to integrate the functionalities into our existing processes. We have built an integration between Startdeliver and Intercom; this is super powerful and crucial for our segmentation. Thanks to this, we can target users with specific campaigns based on their user or company health score. With this setup, we're ready to scale our company and user base. What do you like best about Startdeliver?

The UI is not great, but I know this is something they are working on. We have also requested some customizations that aren't possible yet, but hopefully, Start Deliver will be able to offer a better-customized tool soon. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
