What do you like best about Startdeliver?

Being able to categorize our customers based on different variables, such as "New customers", "Onboarding" and "Extra important", to gain a structure in my work process as a customer success manager. Also having a product health score, combined with NPS-score on both company and user-level, it gives me access to be more proactive on where to focus right now, to avoid dissatisfied customers, and also better knowing where the challenges are; like specific users - or specific products.

I am really satisfied with the customer support, they are always helpful and easy to get a hold of. Since StartDeliver is one of my main working tools on a daily basis, its important to feel that you can get help easily.

We integrate StartDeliver with Hubspot, Responsr and our own software which has been working out nicely throughout the process. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Startdeliver?

Just like CRM's, it can easily become too complex and time-consuming if you dont have a clear and very focused plan when you implement StartDeliver. You really need to figure out the output of WHY certain datapoints are included in the health-score etc. and from what perspective you are seeing things; yours or the customers'.

As a SaaS startup, StartDeliver helps me gain control and be more structured and proactive, at the same time as my feeling can be that it is way more built for bigger/more established businesses, such as the Shared Workspace. So if you are a startup, see that you get an optimal setup for the needs you have - and rather have a long term plan on how to grow in to the StartDeliver-platform. What problems is Startdeliver solving and how is that benefiting you?

Having a good overview of existing customers, alongside with better structure and control in my work as a CSM. Alongside with projects and task that I setup and more proactive insights than what I had before, its much easier for me to know when and where I need to make an extra effort on a daily basis, gaining champion-users/high customer satisfaction and minimal churn. What do you like best about Startdeliver?

Following up all my projects at the same place and being able to smoothely collaborate with my colleagues improved my work a lot. As well as getting insight and tracking our progress and performance on all levels: individually, project based, collectively. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Startdeliver?

I am missing a more visual way to look at project planning overtime as well as creating my own columns to move task along.

StartDeliver makes it easy to collaborate with collegues. It ensures that no information is lost and all centralized in one place which keeps our customers happy, they feel that we have the project in control.

It helps to follow up on our performance based on our own KPIs and having the data dynamic and thus live and available for our collaborators. This is turns helps our Team leaders to lead their teams.
