What do you like best about Stampli?

I really appreciate how easy it is to navigate Stampli. Its setup provides a very user-friendly experience when reviewing invoices. The information is presented clearly and is straightforward to follow. I also found the initial setup process to be very quick, which was a big plus for me. Navigating the viewing features is simple, and I like that you can download or print documents directly from the review page.

The Dashboards and reports page is another valuable aspect for business use. Having all the information consolidated in one place makes searching for and locating what you need incredibly easy.

Customer support is excellent as well. The team is always available and quick to assist, making it easy to reach out whenever you need help. They are dedicated to resolving any issues effectively and efficiently.

Overall, I thoroughly enjoy using Stampli for business invoicing. I use this software daily and have become very proficient with it. The integration process is seamless, and the level of professionalism is outstanding. I believe anyone who chooses Stampli for their business needs will be satisfied with the experience.

What do you like best about Stampli?

Stampli completely changed how our company sends out invoices for approval before payment. Before Stampli, I was being sent invoices for approval over email. This lead to some invoices slipping through the cracks and being lost until down the road, the accounting team would follow up and ask for approval again. With Stampli, all of the invoices pending approval are in one place and easy to review and approve, or provide feedback when needed. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Stampli?

What do you like best about Stampli?

I like how easy it is to sign documents and check on other invoices. I can go right into the system, scan over invoices, check dates, see how much for purchases, and look for anything that has been uploaded. What do you dislike about Stampli?

What do you like best about Stampli?

I am beyond impressed with Stampli. It makes the administrative aspects of accounts receivable and accounts payable much more efficient and reduces emails. I like how communication can happen directly in the system and everything is laid out much clearer. The smart or AI-enabled features, like learning who certain POs or bills are tied to and what accounts or locations, are making things more efficient. With our complex business structure including multiple business units, regions, and service lines, the system handles everything very well and has been a big advancement compared to what we used before. I particularly enjoy Stampli's operational efficiency and ease of communication, which significantly cuts down on the back and forth that our prior system required via email. It reduces emails and allows approval processes and corrections to be made much quicker. Additionally, the initial setup was extremely easy. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you like best about Stampli?

I like that Stampli provides one place to house all invoices, making document retention easy and safe. It simplifies invoice review and approval via a streamlined Stampli workflow, and those responsible for approving invoices have a list of accounts readily available. The site engine runs very quickly, and the AI bot Billy usually answers most questions effectively. I also appreciate how well Stampli integrates with Microsoft GP, enhancing our workflow. What do you dislike about Stampli?

The ability to use asterisks in the invoice number field to search via just a fragment of a number would be helpful. I recently needed to pull invoice copies for 60 invoices under the same vendor, and all invoices ended with -2025. I could have pulled those more quickly if putting *-2025 in the invoice number field yielded results, but I have found that you cannot start the search term with *'. Also, the workflow setup was the most difficult part of the initial setup. It was tedious and time-consuming, and I recommend developing an upload feature to make the workflow build easier. What do you like best about Stampli?

I believe Stampli will help my company hold our accounting department accountable (haha) for making sure our vendors are paid on time and that invoices are being sent to the correct department. The AI side of things makes invoices very easy to use, and has seemingly helped our accounting department with matching PO's to who they're supposed to go to. We had a hour long training session, but everything is honestly so easy to use and implement that we all feel we didn't really need it. I haven't had to use customer support yet, strictly because of how simple it is. This has been a slow month for us, so I haven't used it a ton, but I will say that I haven't had any issues of invoices not getting paid since starting Stampli. What do you dislike about Stampli?

Trying to make sure that the tray is correct so that it doesn't go to another department by default. It can be a little bit of a waste of time, but I would still say Stampli is worth it. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you like best about Stampli?

I like how Stampli learns habits with specific vendors. Billy puts the most frequently used codes (per vendor) at the top of the list to simplify trying to select which code and eliminates the need to scroll through dozens of codes to find the correct one. What do you dislike about Stampli?

Integration with QB was simple enough, but sometimes there are disconnects that take a long time to resolve. Additionally, the automatic assignment of "invoice" to everything that comes through can be a bit annoying. What do you like best about Stampli?

The dashboard and interface look modern and are easy to follow and understand. I haven’t received any training yet and I don’t use it very often; however, so far I’ve still been able to complete the tasks I need to.
