Staffino Pros and Cons

Staffino is an interactive application, easy to use, each section can be found easily, the reports can be downloaded quickly and there is an option of excel or PDF. I also appreciate that when new sections or specific specific reports are needed, the staffino team always offers support.What would I recommend, for user friendliness, that certain sections of the platform be in the form of an image/icon or that at the time of logging in there should be pop-ups with information: “the NPS score for period x is/have x positive feedbacks”.Also, there could be a user guide in the platform. A minus in the platform is the formatting of the reports in excel, at least for Romania, they are downloaded with a lot of free spaces and this aspect complicates the reporting process. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
