The product quality is so poor I feel like it's an issue that needs to be addressed. I bought a telescope and microscope that was made from children's toy quality plastics and was essentially nothing more than a plastic binocular. To be able to send an open-ended snack box is a brilliant concept and is executed flawlessly. The user experience is super intuitive, and allows one to search through different snack types and filter for vegan, gluten free, or other allergens or dietary restrictions with ease. I've gotten one of these boxes each year for the past 2 or 3 years and it is the highlight of my holiday season. I can't wait to use it to send to our vendors and contacts in the space. I think a size guide would be useful, which I know can be tough with different brands. Asia and US sizing differs from European so would be useful to have an idea. Also, I seemingly received an item in the wrong size, perhaps a reminder at checkout of the sizing or perhaps an ability in your profile to set preferences or even better to put dimensions in that you are and a recommended size would be useful. Stadium exceeded my expectations with the delivery of a premium laptop case with my company's logo! The case is sleek, well-padded, and made from durable materials, ensuring my laptop stays protected from bumps and scratches. While the laptop case is fantastic, I would have appreciated more color options to choose from as I believe I only have the choice between white and blue. On my first day of work, my employer sent me a link to a Stadium store with company-branded items. I was able to choose the items I wanted (shirts, quarter-zips, hoodies, hats, water bottles, etc.) and ship them to my house. Within two weeks, I had my company swag. The only dislike I had was the length of time to receive my virtual visa gift card. It took over a week to receive my email but the website and confirmation notifications said 2-3 business days. I used SnackMagic to coordinate a year-end treat box for my virtual team. The site was very easy to use and customer service was very helpful over chat. I was able to select a specific delivery date and customize the invitation. The team and I loved picking out snacks to build our own individual boxes - there were so many options, including ones that accommodated different dietary restrictions. We also appreciated that the cost of each snack was not that high, allowing us to pick around 15 options each. As the coordinator, I found the SnackMagic dashboard to be awesome as it helped me keep track of which team members redeemed their gift and which ones didn't. I would highly recommend SnackMagic! SnackMagic has a lot of different snack and gift options to choose from. It is full of things I cannot get locally. As well as familiar flavors but different brands than I normally see. The hardest part of ordering was narrowing down the options to choose from. Once shipped the package arrived amazingly fast. As this was a gift, using the link for the first time and setting up an account was easy. I did not encounter any issues while ordering so no support was needed. However, when there was a slight delay they were quick to email and confirm the delay. This is something I could see using a lot when sending a gift to coworkers, friends, or even kids away at college. And something most businesses could integrate easily into their employee rewards. Some of the prices or value for the money were not comparable to some similar offerings you have. When filtering brands alphabetically, it was glitchy and I would have to restart from beginning and scroll back to next letter.
