I do not recommend using the services, I could not renew the certificate, without explaining the reasons, the support did not answer anything, a complete ignore. Small indie business, which I like supporting. But not when they are borderline-fraudulent and make money by making customers contact them multiple times to stop getting billed
You can get a free SSL cert from your public cloud host (ex AWS). I like supporting small businesses like this. But this is insanity. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
You cannot disable automatic renewal or remove your CC from their billing. When I contacted them to request that my account NOT get automatically renewed, the customer service rep assured me he'll take care of it.
A couple months later, I find I was automatically charged again.
I have screenshots of the chat with the customer service rep (who I will not call out by name). I saved those screenshots because I got some red flags that this was a shady operation. And it turned out I was right.
Maybe they are incompetent. Maybe they are nefarious. Can't tell. Regardless, I had to contact them a 2nd time to get them to stop charging me. And I have a feeling I'll get charged again for my other domains on this service. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
