There’s a lot of data available, which is great, but it can take time to figure out which metrics matter most for your team. A library with prebuilt monitoring dashboards would help new get up to speed faster.

Our agents can handle conversations alongside calls from one interface, which keeps
everything organized and easy to manage. It’s especially useful for quick follow-ups and sharing
information without needing a full call.

WhatsApp is great for direct communication, but having more built-in reporting or filtering
specifically for WhatsApp conversations would make it easier to track performance and
response times.

Honestly, I really like how easy it is to use. Even if someone isn’t super tech-savvy, you can figure out most things pretty quickly. Setting it up was also smooth — the implementation didn’t give me headaches. I also like the number of features it offers; everything from calls to messaging to analytics is in one place, so I don’t have to juggle multiple tools. Integrating it with our CRM was simple, which saved a lot of time. I use it every day, and it’s reliable, so it’s become a big part of how we work.

**What do you like best about Squaretalk?**

Squaretalk is one of the reliable VoIP - Voice Over IP service available.
Pretty widely accepted for its ease of use and extensive customer support and being use to integrate and offering various features in terms of call quality and dial predictions, CRM integrations, monitoring.

**What do you dislike about Squaretalk?**

One thing which I feel is the UI needs to be more intuitive and user friendly. 
Other than that , it works seamlessly across PC and mobile devices. But recently observed  little delay with mobile app though. Otherwise its a very easy to use.
