This Weebly platform differs in its simplicity compared to the competition, is designed for people who do not want to spend time designing a website or simply have no knowledge to design a page from scratch. The entire platform has a large functional unit that focuses on drag and drop elements to place them where you want. This is an advantage over Wordpress.org or Wix that while intuitive are not designed to offer a 100% friendly experience.
With more than 70 templates offers a wide range of options to suit the needs of the consumer, the times I have used these designs have had good impact by the modern and fluid design. An interesting feature and that many CMS or e-commerce site builders is the facility to change templates without having to upload the content again.
Building a site with Weebly is very easy with drag and drop as you can choose the elements and leave them fixed where you want and just give a big blue button to publish the advances as you progress in the design of the page. The statistics are adequate to the plan you buy and in the free plan are not very reliable, you must buy some plan to get reliable and more comprehensive visitor statistics.
The free option is limited because it does not allow you to add text or audio, you will have to buy some of the plans that stand out are very cheap and affordable. The features are very comfortable and you save time to have a domain name, SEO capacity, monetization, visitor statistics, ample storage space and backup capabilities that although they are deficient, if they exist within the platform. I could not move elements to certain places on the website because it is not allowed, the drag and drop function is very useful but in certain places of the website is not possible to place elements, I'm sure Weebly solve this problem in future versions. Also it would be interesting to be able to modify completely the themes that come by default, for example it would be useful to be able to change the colors of the whole template, for now those are the biggest drawbacks that I have been presented in Weebly. Square Online is incredibly easy to use with an intuitive drag-and-drop interface that makes implementation quick and simple. The customer support is responsive and helpful, which I appreciate. I use it frequently thanks to its solid features and seamless integration with other Square products. Overall, it's a reliable and efficient platform for building a site, especially for beginners. While Square Online is easy to use, its customization options are somewhat limited, which can be restrictive for those wanting a unique look. Also, the platform occasionally lacks advanced features that larger businesses might need. Lastly, the design flexibility isn’t as robust compared to some competitors, making it challenging to achieve a truly customized layout without workarounds. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
Most helpful aspects have to be the left taskbar with easy drag and drop flexible features to easily publish and itegrate your website to the world wide web. Upsides are the simplicity and how fast you can make a professional site from scratch or built-in templates. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
Sometimes there are some features I cannot find on the left taskbar, or specific formatting I want to customize within a template that I find hard to figure out without having to switch to HTML. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
It has exactly all the features we need to build a simple website: multiple pages, easy to upload and resize photos, good looking fonts and colours, links to Square payments. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
There are some areas where you can't make changes easily, but like a haiku, sometimes having restrictions makes life simpler. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
Everything! Weebly editor is an incredibly seamless way to build out the website of your dreams with extremely minimal experience. The building features are simple but so easy to use and apply. It allows you to integrate apps and software directly through the website so things like creating merch are easy. I can't recommend them enough! Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
Wish there were more sales and better prices, but it is worth it! Also wish the build tools were slightly more advanced. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
I can't say enough great things about the website builder and integrative tools on Square Online/Weebly. We've had such an easy time putting together a professional looking website that performs perfectly and linking all the necessary POS systems and payment processors. Just needs slightly more options for linked up softwares and tools, there aren't as many options as I would like for podcasts and social media integrations specifically Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
Weebly's drag-and-drop style operations are significant for a newbie web editor. This makes it very easy to create websites. And it provides unlimited storage capacity for all paid plans. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
Weebly does not provide to make all kinds of websites. For instance, if you want to create a database website then you should consider another website tool rather than Weebly. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
It is so easy to create new pages, using the drag-n-drop feature.
Standard components are enough to make a professional looking website. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

As an e-commerce platform, Square/Weebly is functional.Square Online (formerly Weebly) is a website builder that offers a user-friendly interface, customizable templates, and robust e-commerce features. The platform allows users to easily create a professional-looking website without any coding knowledge, while also providing tools to sell products and manage orders seamlessly. Additionally, Square Online integrates with other Square products, such as Square POS and Square Payments, making it a great choice for businesses looking to streamline their online and in-person operations. Overall, I have had a mixed experience with Square Online (formerly Weebly). While I appreciate some of the features they offer, such as the ability to easily add products and create a store, I have found their customer service to be lacking and their fees to be quite high. Additionally, I have found that their options for website design are quite limited, which has made it difficult for me to create the exact look and feel that I want for my website. The new Square Online platform which is completely different than what was once Weebly is targeted toward building e-commerce websites. It's a fine product for simple websites that don't need today's modern website features. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
Since the acquisition of Weebly, Square has dropped the development of the Weebly platform completely leaving existing users behind in terms of new modern website features that you would expect website builder systems to have. What was once a great website-building platform is dead in the water. Support has greatly suffered as well since the acquisition. I couldn't recommend this product. Square is instead focusing on its own website platform that is targeted at e-commerce websites. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
I appreciate Squarespace's modern templates, competitive pricing, and user-friendly interface that allows my customers to navigate my website easily. The platform's sleek and professional templates enable me to create a visually appealing online presence that aligns with my brand. Squarespace's attractive pricing options provide good value for the features and services offered. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
I am not fond of Squarespace requiring payment before the website is fully functional and accessible. I prefer to experience and evaluate the platform's features and capabilities before committing financially. Having to pay upfront without the opportunity to explore the site's functionality in advance feels limiting and less user-friendly. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
