What is the best way to Fulfillment EDI?
SPS Commerce is the largest retail network, with more than 95,000 retail supply chain partners to connect and collaborate.
When will you implement bulk uploading for tracking and invoice numbers? It is URGENT!
I also use your competitor CommerceHub. My main issue with them is I have to pay an additional fee if I want to use bulk uploading but I like that I have the option to do so. What is the best way for us to respond to error codes when the problem may seem unclear? q
I've contacted SPS directly a few times about error codes that don't correlate to any obvious issue and they're usually unable to help or tell me. Is this something that needs to change on the business end from businesses sending an order, or is this something SPS should look into to clear up?
Why do companies still use this?
I don't understand why large retailers use this type of connection still, why not use API? API is the smartphone and EDI is the good ol' flip phone.
