I've had a great experience with Sprouts. We are using multiple channels in one sequence and efficiently utilizing calls,emails & LinkedIn for outreach. They also provide us with valid contact information from multiple databases which has helped us manage our domain health. They also provide valid contact information from multiple data bases which has really helped us with our bounce rates, allowing us to connect over 2000 potential Leads each month.Their cold calling platform has been incredibly efficient by helping us schedule 8 demo calls from the US region within a month. This has made our communication better by being able to reach our prospects through the channel they prefer. Sprouts is a comprehensive platform that powers cross-functional teams with ease. We got a very good reply rate with close to 23% moving to SQL for our event specific campaigns last week and this is by far the best we have seen. They assisted in scaling our demand gen efforts quickly with smart views for website visitors so our Marketing team reached out on time. The platform offers a bunch of features that are customized to your objectives at the time of onboarding including seamless integration with our existing CRM. The efficiency compared to other platforms. The visibility into the most minute of details that actually make a huge difference when determining if outreach was actually successful. The team is also astounding and always ready and available to fix any issue or make any improvement to produce better results. You cannot ask for anything better especially when most companies are too huge to truly take any time to help you personally through issues. There are many features and they are constantly working to add more which is great since they are way ahead of the ball. Integration was simple as well and I use the platform on a daily basis. In fact, I keep the page open and refresh constantly and have had no issues with the site failing me. Implementation was quick, literally a week to get all of the functioning known and ready to use. Formatting can be a bit of an issue currently. Good thing is though, we have spoken with leadership and they are actually working on it. They do have an easy extra step to make sure all of the formatting is correct by cleaning up the sequences before you set them.
