Spott gained traction by offering lifetime licenses and engaging users to provide feedback and reviews, building trust and a loyal customer base. However, after the company was sold, all access for these users was cut off entirely. Revoking access from customers who had invested in lifetime licenses is not only a breach of trust but also a glaring example of poor business ethics. What I dislike most about Spott is their complete disregard for their loyal customers.
