It is very easy to use and very understandable due to the simple and clean UI, as its procing is the best point because it is paying by active use rather than that of the registerss users. When logging in for the first time it take a bit longer to open compared to other time logins, and also if we open several cases at once it starts to lag and gets slow by the time. If there was a app to do offline work that would have been great too for doing simple tasks like to add comments or create tasks or even creat requirements etc, that that would be great too.
