The platform is intuitive and requires little practice to get the guests familiar with it. There is also no need to create an account before entering the event, which is a plus when introducing a new platform.
It offers some powerful networking features, such as quickly customizing the space the guests will evolve in to encourage conversations around key themes. The capacity to search guests and being transported directly to them is also very conducive to efficient networking.
In the words of one of my attendees: "Awesome platform to use for an event like this. Liked it much more than breakout rooms. Really personalized the conversations." Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
It is PRICEY for a public institution. We will have to use it with parsimony or to find sponsors in the future, which makes events longer and harder to organize.
It was missing a couple of features i.e. a way for our key representatives to be easily identifiable without giving them high access privileges. The search function could also be improved so that people are searchable not just by their name but also by their description. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Conversations feel very much like they would in person. Each participant can upload their image(s), and in our case, posters. We use a photo of our actual meeting room, so our brand is visible throughout the meeting. The cost for a one-day conference, which in our case was a one-month membership plus extra minutes, was negligible. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
We have no problem with SpatialChat. They eliminated the problem we had in earlier meetings with compatibility. At our most recent meeting, everyone heard clearly, and we had a problem-free experience. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

I LOVE the proximity feature! Students can only hear other students speaking when they are close to one another. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
It isn't easy to end the session; I've found a workaround by setting a timer. Since our class is on Zoom, students cannot hear me speaking on Zoom if I'm in SpatialChat.
It would be a cool feature to have if passwords were set for various rooms within Spatial chat. It would prevent students from eavesdropping on other groups. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

I love how Spatialchat makes everything so real. Virtual events are as warm as in-person events with this platform. I love it. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
I would love it to be for free. Anyway, I understand the decision. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

It is an excellent platform for virtual education or meeting environment. It's like being together in a real space. People can talk to each other just if they are close together, and that is fantastic for doing exercises and small meetings in the same place. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
It could get a bit chaotic since people can talk to each other, and it is challenging to make sure everybody is on the same page at the same time. The administrator can't summon people or notice if someone is talking and not paying attention. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

SpatialChat is a fantastic platform for community engagement. Participants pick it up very fast and enjoy the ability to casually enter conversations in a way that is so similar to in-person events. Congratulations on a great platform and intuitive functionality. Note: It is also easy to set up from the backend as well. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
SpatialChat has promised me that more analytics are coming soon. Fingers crossed! It is a great platform, but for business use, more analytics are required to ensure we understand who is coming to our events and allow us the opportunity to follow up afterward. It is such a different platform to the typical zoom conferences, meet, etc. that participants enter with a different attitude and good disposition. The onboarding is so easy that anyone can participate and enjoy it for the first moment. It's an incredible experience and makes people feel closer in this virtuality living. We have used it to dance, to play games, to chat as if you were in a bar. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
I would like to have some ideas or examples for interactions. Sometimes I think I'm not taking advantage of the full potential the platform has. Maybe something i don´t like its that to share a screen its a bit complicated. Another thing can be the prize, that for some countries and in our case it's expensive to afford it if you are planning to do something for a large amount of people. I like to see how people get amazed by the experience. For me it was transformative: an before and an after. I don't want to use "zoom" or "meet" or please not "teams" not ever never again.
Participation is the key word: I love the way you can interact with other people. It looks like you are organizing an event so similar to the real life but online.
I don't want to get back to the other platforms , it became dull. Spatialchat the innovative my company NETI is an innovation consultancy firms its suit us, goes with our way of doing things. Rebel, fun , colorfull !!! Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
People with a fixed mindset have trouble adapting to the platform. If your participants don't have a playful and joyful personalities, you will find that it is hard to get things done. Advice: prepare your team with some tricks to smooth the adaptation to the platform for grumpy people. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

I like that this simulates the flow and transition of a poster session or reception mixer. It allows separate small group conversations and movement through the room, and between rooms. The audio and video do well, and the broadcast video feature is nice for larger groups. Being able to customize backgrounds is great. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
The room capacity limits make it so you have to funnel everyone to a stage room or to separate rooms and use the broadcast feature to communicate instructions for everyone. When you start, the video bubbles are small, so you have to Zoom in a fair amount in order to see people better. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
