My clients and attendees love that they're able to skip to download headache that comes along with other platforms. Onboarding is SO easy. Another highlight is the multiple ways to share content - design assets, videos, gifs, etc. is becoming increasingly important to brands and we're happy to offer SpatialChat as a resolution. Lastly - SpatialChat is always adding new features, making it one of my agency's most dynamic platforms to offer. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
We haven't experienced many glitches, especially since attendees check their audio + video before entering the platform, but there is a concern of live support if any issues do arise. A lot of our events are international with off times, so that's something we'll need to explore a resolution for. Additionally, more onboarding notes within the platform throughout the experience would help the event team with questions along the way such as "how do we move around again?" "why can't I hear this attendee?" etc.
Not a dislike, but would love to see this platform grow to offer microsite capabilities, registration and more. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
Spatial chat is amazing, I teach 1-1 sessions and it means that all of my students are able to use the same link and sit at different areas while I am with other students and then when it is there time they can come over. Perfect for this and makes my work a lot easier Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
There is nothing about spatial chat that I dislike Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

SpatialChat is FUN and highly functional. I love seeing the reactions of my adult students when they realize how easy it is to move around, to change groups, to interact with me as an instructor as well as with each other. I love that feature, too - it is so much faster to simply "move" to a group, instead of having to navigate breakout rooms.
The fact that multiple groups can share screens at the same time is also a huge plus for the small groups that I often work with. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
As I also work with younger students, I wish there were a few more controls that I could set. I would love a waiting room (other than just constantly changing the password), as well as some larger group settings (mute all, the ability for ME to move people around, etc.). For adults, though, it isn't a problem. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Its functionality to have activities such as World Cafés which are a fun way to engage the students in a language class. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
Sometimes it takes up a lof of data and those with weak connectivity often have problems connecting to it. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
The concept of a virtual space where you can move around like in the real world is the best. Users can share their screens at the same time without having to relinquish control. You can also customize your space by pinning images, videos and GIFs; this brings more ownership to the space and makes it feel like home.
The free version is excellent and flexible, allowing you to assess if your team benefits from this tool or not before spending a dime on it.
They're also continuously improving the tool, adding more and more nice features. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
Honestly, there isn't much to say. Some team members had issues while accessing via phone and/or with no excellent connection (the screen being shared was black for them). Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

I love how easy it is to use, to share information and to network with others. Unlike many other social platforms, SpatialChat allows participants to gather, to see each other, to move around and disseminate information with ease -- and fun! SpatialChat is engaging and foster active discussions. The best I've seen so far (and I've been looking)! Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
Um... not much! I see I need to write more, but I really don't know what to say! Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

It is so easy to get started. I've been able to give the link to customers, and with minimal coaching, they're in the rooms communicating and networking like professionals! Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
There isn't anything that I dislike. It has worked well for me in all of the applications I've tried. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What I liked most about this tool is that it can simulate the physical space of any environment, people can move on their own and listen only to those who are nearby, simulating the real physical space. It is truly an experience that takes you out of the control zone and allows for the development of new stimuli and a rewarding experience. I recommend its use to generate a positive and playful impact. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
What you need to pay attention to when using spatial chat is organizing the space so that people don't feel lost the first time they enter. It's important to clearly define each area, possibly adding images, signs. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
The best thing about SpatialChat is in the name - it's the spatial component of the platform. With the ability to customize different rooms and easily control access to them, SpatialChat offers a way for attendees to explore and communicate in unique, flexible environments. My organization used SpatialChat for a post-conference networking event, in which we held discussion events on diversity in the workforce, followed by chats in the "bar" and a live-streamed cocktail mixing event. The flexibility of this platform is only limited by the organizer's creativity and ability to generate graphic content for the background.
In my opinion, SpatialChat offers the best way to bring the networking exchanges of in-person conferences to the online age. After many of these events were made digital (or hybrid) due to COVID, there has been a struggle to replace the personal feel of networking interactions. SpatialChat offers the best solution (that I know of) to get a bit more personality and relaxed conversation out of large groups of people that mimics real-life interactions. Zoom and other platforms don't provide easy solutions to chat as small groups when hundreds of people may be online. SpatialChat found a way to capture that perfectly, and I look forward to organizing my next event with this platform. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
There are some limits on the customization of the spaces, particularly if you want to plan live streaming events. For example, we had a major delay for a live-streamed drink mixing/trivia event. In the end it was fine, and everyone was happy, but it is best to talk with a SpatialChat representative to make the most of your space. Definitely take the time to customize your space, create your own graphics, design your own events, etc. This may take some time, but it's worth it!
The price is high for one day rooms, but it still makes for a fun event, so plan accordingly. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
The spatial chat is excellent for a lot of group dynamics. They work hard to make a great tool, with new significant improvements at a really fast pace. I regularly use it for university classes, informal gatherings, and networking for peers. I recommend it every time I can, and a great tool to experiment with new ways of interaction and facilitation. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
The tool is excellent and intuitive; I only dislike you don't have a way to make the radius of volume decay smaller and select how much you want to hear. Also, a great addition will be the use of spatial binaural audio. I have already talked with the team, and they are very receptive to my concerns. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
