There aren't downsides that are specific to SP Tech, we have aggressive deadlines sometimes and have fallen a day or so behind over the course of a year working together. Bhanu and his team are fantastic. The work is done quickly, accurately, and they have a fantastic process in place that covers everything from consulting to development, user acceptance testing, and finally deployment. They are able to take any process, understand it thoroughly, and then provide multiple options/design paths with more practical solutions and things we did not even consider/think about. You know you are working with the right team when they really "Get" your business and they come up with solutions that you didn't even think were possible.
