What do you like best about SP Tech?

We have a very niche business with a lot of regulatory requirements there wasn't a single CRM that would meet our needs. We decided to use Salesforce which is very hard to customize, to say the least. SP Tech did an amazing, professional job and now we have a product that meets our every need to do business. SP Tech is solving the challenge of integrating and automating our systems using Litify, Salesforce, and Zapier. They set up the integration, tested the functionality, and provided detailed SOP documentation, ensuring everything operates smoothly. The team went above and beyond by assisting with integrating Zapier with our forms and creating a flow, significantly improving our efficiency and reducing manual tasks. Their responsiveness, expertise, and willingness to explain every step made them an invaluable partner throughout the process. Integration of our organizations benefit solutions for tracking in HIPAA compliant Salesforce CRM. The availablility to create and develop interactions with plan participants within Salesforce for our staff and create reports for plan sponsors is key to our business model. With the assistance of SPTech we were able to create a unique system of benefits and activity reports to validate beneficiary interactions. We have a patent-pending with the United States Patent and Trademark Office (USPTO) on our business model. SP Tech has made the development of creative ideas for our business into reality with software design, communication tools, and intergration into our CRM, Salesforce. SP Tech will fill in any knowledge gaps your team might have when working at scale. They are an excellent source of quality assurance and expert insight into various salesforce platforms Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

There aren't downsides that are specific to SP Tech, we have aggressive deadlines sometimes and have fallen a day or so behind over the course of a year working together. I don't have a single issue with their work. If you have any problems the team at SP Tech will fix them extremely fast. They are excellent communicators and adapt with your company needs. Describe the project or task SP Tech helped with:

We have been working with SP Tech for one year on a variety of Salesforce Projects. Initially, we acquired their assistance to transition our Salesforce Platform from the Classic interface to the new and updated Lightning interface. We were so pleased with the work completed by all individuals at SP Tech that we continued on to many more projects. The overall goal has been to streamline our workflow and overall company efficiency by integrating the many different platforms we use daily. The projects SP Tech has completed for us include workflow automation, creating custom solutions to integrate tools like DocuSign to meet our specific needs, developing Community Partner Portals that are changing how we engage with our clients, and setting up Client Satisfaction Survey with audit reporting. In addition to those and many others, SP Tech provided training and documentation to set our team up for future success.

They have quickly become an extension of our work family, and we look forward to continuing our work with them. We would highly recommend this team of professionals for all of your Salesforce needs. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you like best about SP Tech?

Bhanu and his team are fantastic. The work is done quickly, accurately, and they have a fantastic process in place that covers everything from consulting to development, user acceptance testing, and finally deployment. They are able to take any process, understand it thoroughly, and then provide multiple options/design paths with more practical solutions and things we did not even consider/think about. You know you are working with the right team when they really "Get" your business and they come up with solutions that you didn't even think were possible.
