What do you like best about SP CRM?

It is best for customer relationship Management Email Marketing where we can track the email , Document Storage, Task Management and Calendar / Reminder System. It covers entire process from the campagin , lead process where it is simple to use this software. Since we are in the sales team so this CRM Application is very uself and Email Marketing is very helpful. We was using HUBSPOT where call recording , Email Tracking , Lead status , Life cycle stage like this there were lots of feature which was very useful for us . Same like SP CRM Application is also have same features of Hubspot. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about SP CRM?

There is no dislike in this application since this software is very useful for the business concern to achieve their target and increase their profit. We use this software mainly for Email Marketing and Lead process Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you like best about SP CRM?

It is essential to our business. After going through a long training process the tool becomes second nature. The ability to log activities and data is great. There are countless features of the tool that I only know a fraction of. Running reports and exploring previous activities has been super beneficial to keeping in touch with old leads. Creating list and account views to have all of your information in one place is also very helpful. Searching for leads and accounts is very easy and accessible and quick to find. The dashboard tool is also useful it lets you know up to the minute how you are performing against your quota for the week/month/quarter. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about SP CRM?

A lot of feature development is driven by their biggest customers, large corporate users, which is totally understandable but can be hard when you have different needs (as a small non-profit, for example). That said, the customizability and user community definitely help counteract this. Because of the scale of the user community and the ease of integration with other systems, you can also expect a lot of sales calls and emails from third-party apps as soon as you become a user Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
