There’s very little to dislike! If anything, I would appreciate even more advanced modules for those who want to dive deeper into specific cybersecurity topics. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
SoSafe is quite easy to use and engaging. I love the story-telling approach SoSafe uses to get its message across. But its not just the story-telling, its lessons are also interactive ensuring active participation through the use of prompts which ensure the message is learnt effectively. I really cannot think of any downsides except maybe the sometimes annoying reminders in my mail. but they actually do work and help to keep you committed. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
It's ease of use and offers a wide range of knowlege on subjects. The frequency of use is perfect for not being overwhelming while providing easy implementation and integration across all subjects. I haven't needed customer support but I can only imagine it's great considering the rest of the product. It has taught me a great deal about things I thought I knew and things I had no idea about. Having finally completed it, I can say I have a lot more knowledge of the do's and don'ts. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
I have yet to run into a downside about SoSafe. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

SoSafe allows my team to learn more about coputer and systems security, in a fun, light and interractive way.
The quality of each modules, with voice overs, situations and personas, all of it is paired up with a test is a must.
The gamification of the whole process is very well made.
They also send fake fishing e-mails to keep us on guard and have been releasing more modules in the last year.
All in all, this is a great way to learn (and-relearn) about security and keep your team up to date on the latests threats. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
The Dashboard is not very useful to understand if we still have modules to go through or not. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
I LOVE being able to forward suspicious emails and receiving immediate feedback! So easy. I use this feature regularly. The training modules are due at regular intervals. I appreciate the deadlines and reminders. The modules are educational and eye-opening, also drawing my attention to "obvious" (but crucial) aspects that are easy to skip in the everyday hustle and bustle. I would prefer completing 1-2 modules monthly instead of a big batch all at once. More examples of current real-life scams, please. And more details about what can go wrong if my device is hacked! Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Having done Cyber Sercurity Training through so safe 2 years in a row now, I like that I kept the badges, however I think a rework to the rank number not going up as fast, and retaining the number year over year would be more informative because for a moment until I looked at the badge category it seemed like the account had just been completely reset. Of course none of this actually matters as it is cosmetic, but I do think it lends to an unconcious sense of accomplishment. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
What I like best about SoSafe is its user-centric approach to security awareness. The platform makes learning engaging through interactive content and personalized phishing simulations, which really helps to build a proactive security culture within the organization. Additionally, the detailed analytics and reporting allow us to track progress and address any weak spots effectively. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
One thing I dislike about SoSafe is the length of some of the videos in the modules. If you need to restart a module, there's no option to skip ahead, which can be frustrating, especially when you’re already familiar with the content. It would be helpful to have a feature that allows users to resume from where they left off or skip past parts they've already completed. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
