I enjoy working with Solvoyo’s customer success team. They are available at any time for technical support, and they find pinpoint solutions to our problems. They provide quick and efficient solutions for our needs, for example, when I want to add data to a report, sending a quick e-mail is sufficient.

I never have doubts on the accuracy of the data in the reports provided by Solvoyo. I have full trust in them. They are flexible and transparent, I have instant access to every information about the software at every stage of it’s design process.

We are reaching meaningful results with Solvoyo. We get responsive and quality service from the Customer Success and Development teams of Solvoyo. Specifically, the Customer Success team provides us with proactive assistance in response to our needs and solving our business pain. They ensure continuous improvement which is what we get measured on as a planning team. The Development Team is responsive to our enhancement requests driven by our rapidly changing environment. We are currently managing most of our master data on their old UI, which is called WEBUI. Now, they have a brand new configurable dashboard that allows you to not only manage your data but also have descriptive, diagnostic, and predictive capabilities.
