Unlike a lot of other remote control software, I have never had problems with DameWare failing to render the screen of a remote system, failing to allow control, or being sluggish and causing screen tearing and artifacts. The central server mode was easy for admin of the system. Users could be quickly added by Active Directory group or by single users. The service could be installed remotely without any presence directly at the machine. As long as the PC name was know and an admin account was used, a connection was made. DameWare Mini Remote Control is a easy to use software with many (hidden) great features, like the msi builder for software distribution for local clients. The Software also connects to your local AD, so finding Hostnames / User is very easy. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
