We have not presented problems, our experience has been satisfactory. However, if it had a mobile application it would go a long way to monitor the board from a remote location and thus increase user performance within the platform.

The ease of management. I am able to manage the services with the admin portal with ease setup new servers for campaigns and adjust them on the fly to support our different initiatives. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
So far there really hasn't been much for us to dislike. The product fits our needs and has for the last 7 years. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Very Reliable service and Support is always responsive Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
- Reports need to be more detailed, need to show the interaction with host and sending sites, to show delivery and failures in realtime
- Lack of ability to have multiple SMTP credentials - This is imperative if there is a breach or just need to temporarily use a different login, then giving out your main credentials. It would be nice to have a credential for every process we do. Again if there is a breach of some kind, we can just shut down that process and not have to remember and fish for all the procedures we used for one login. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

This is the most complete and reliable email delivery solution for pros. It has a delivery API, as well as google email marketing apps for mailing campaigns (blasts) and autoresponders.
The best? They don't limit the subscribers for your marketing email lists. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
The UI is not as pretty as SendGrid. But who cares? You got far more functions and technical options. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

I wish you could keep your report data for longer. It would also be nice if you could have multiple SMTP server on a single plan Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
Our company has been using SocketLabs since 2012. It didn't take long for us to determine SocketLabs is one of the best solutions for sending email.
The user interface is easy to use and provides all the features needed to send to email, no matter if its 1 hundred or 1 million emails an hour.
All the latest security features like DMARC & DKIM are easy to setup in the admin console. Updates to their software are timely and easy to setup.
Their customer service is top notch offering both phone and email support. We always had a positive experience when we needed customer support to troubleshoot any issues. In addition, they have extensive help guides in case you want to research things on your own. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
Honestly, there's not much to dislike about SocketLabs. There are a few minor quirks in the Hurricane MTA server application, but none of them are worrisome. I wouldn't be surprised if they address them in the next update, if they haven't already done so. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
Socketlabs emails are more likely to land in customer inboxes and not end up in spam. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
Email creation could be more user-friendly. I do not like that you can't adjust the font at all during email creation. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Sockectlabs has the advantage of being simple to use while having the full set of features normally only available in highly priced onsite solutions. Having run onsite solutions in the past, they often required a fairly high level of expertise as well as constant tinkering. Socketlabs provides you with that level of function without the time and money investment.
The product also helps with the compliance to standard around good mail sending. These features are especially important when attempting to be a good mail sender and keeping off blackhole lists. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
While the product has powerful reports, it lacks a level of native alerting without going into API creation and setup. I would like to see the reporting expanded as well as several options for native event alerting.
Integration with a tool that reviews a message and checks it for possible consideration of spam would also be useful to have in the product, vs having to purchase a 3rd party tool. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

All those years of partnership can say by itself. SocketLabs does the job. Definitely the differential is the account management and the all the support.
On the feature aspect, highlights to the possibility to scale by adding new servers, each with a delivery configuration (custom bounce domain, DKIM signature and tracking) and the recently added possibility for each server to have multiple configurations. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
Not exactly a dislike, but business model for enterprises could be better structured. This was recently solved and Socket labs could meet our requirements. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Ease of use. It's easy to set up using the standard SMTP parameters or their API hooks with several applications; I just use their wordpress plugin and I'm up and running in 5m or less. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
I wish there was just a bit more control over logging and monitoring. Don't get me wrong, the existing tools are fine; but if it were up to me I'd add additional logging options. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
