As a solopreneur, I really like that I can automate FB and IG engagement with it. Not only that, it'll even allow me to sell my digital products directly through FB Messenger. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
Unless I just haven't found the feature yet, it seems to not have exceptions handling. I mean, if the user says something unexpected or out of the normal programmed flow, the chatbot will not respond.
