After prior implementations to help us manage Hybrid Closings never got off the ground or got adoption from our teams, Snapdocs stepped in and was able to bridge the common gaps left by other eClose solutions, such as Encompass natively, or other outside vendors. It is also easy to use, so our Closing Team has fully adopted it on almost all eligible closings already!
Rich and his team made implementation easy, and made sure that nothing was missed. Anytime we had a question, it was promptly addressed and if the answer wasn't immediately known, Rich and his team would have it for us by our next meeting, helping us stay on track.
