I like that it gives you access to all the jobs hiring in your area and you can customize the search to your preferences. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
I don't like that the app sometimes crashess and lags Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
I cannot say anything positive here as the service was that poor. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
We received an email on June 30 offering 50% off a posting. When it didn't work, I contacted their support to see if I was doing something wrong. First, the lady said that the code had expired, and when I pointed out that the email said it expired on July 15th it became that I had already used the code, which I had not done. She kept pushing that and repeating that the code won't work after we make a purchess. We had not made one, and the email does not say anything about the code being for new members. Then she says the code works, but we have already made an ad and seemed to imply that because I had looked at the payment screen before deciding to make a purchase that the code wouldn't work now.
Then she says the code works and is active and when I try it on the chat with her and tell her it still doesn't, she says that is what their end is showing as well. And now she says she has to ask someone and get back to me, which turns into they will give me a call but she can't say whom will call or when because it will be out of her hands.
Two days later I hear back from them and the email says that the code doesn't work because it expired June 30 at midnight. The email with the code came in durring the day on June 30, hours AFTER the code had expired. The email offered another code for us to use and this one only grants 25% off the price.
I am not sure how illegal this is, but it was a poor showing on their part and so we wont be using them. Hopefully this helps someone else considering their product. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

I thought the site was great, user friendly and easy to post. I used 'support' when I decided to turn off my account. They were quick and friendly, and have (supposedly) refunded my money. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
When my ad was posted, I noticed that there were companies with banners 'Urgently Hiring' and 'Featured'. When asking about these enhancements, I found out they weren't available to small businesses. You must have an account with multiple locations (like a franchise). Great for the large businesses, but a waste of time for small business. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

There were no real upsides to using snagajob. Maybe it works very particular markets, but if you need candidates for your jobs, this isn't the right job platform. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
I tried out Snagajob; my company uses 5-6 other different job boards so we thought we'd give it a try. We bought about $600 in job ads and we only got 3 candidates for all of them. The jobs in the markets we posted all had candidates on other platforms so it isn't a problem of posting in the wrong markets or using bad job descriptions. SimplyHired which is for free gives us about 10-20 candidates daily; Jobcase for $600/month gets us 9-14 candidates a day. Also beware of their auto-renew feature. Because of it you can never get your full money's worth out of a job if you need to close it. Slots would be so much better. At $89/job Snag is way overpriced compared to Zip's $40/slot and jobcase's $40/slot Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

I like the information that Snag a Job captures from applicants and potential candidates for employment, such as employment history and experience Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
I can't think of any at this time. Snag a Job is consistent with referring applicants Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

I like how it is a platform used by thousands of companies, so is established, well known and works. The overall process to post a job and track applicants is easier than ever and takes the hassle out of most of our paperwork/tracking. It is also great as we have a large pool of hourly employees within our company and have found most (if not all) through this site. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
There sometimes are some glitches in system and the number of advertisements listed are cumbersome Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
There really isn't much I would state I like except the concept of tool if it had provided better results. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
1. Had 5 sales reps/account manage in less than 1.5 years.
2. Snagajob changed contract terms with last renewal and did not verbally inform us before providing the new sales order. These terms are unethical and of our vendors, they are the only company that has "snuck in" auto-renewal. If their service was top notch and provided results, they would not need to enforce an auto-renewal. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
It’s fairly easy to use and they ask you multiple questions in order to get to know you and what you are looking for in a job and also what you’re qualified for. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
I’ve been using it for 3-4 years now, off and on and they sometimes offer “jobs” that are just ads for stuff or the “work from home” scams. I wish they would filter things like that so they wouldn’t even show up on the page. Also, they send out a lot of emails, some good but some are just spam. Either way, it’s way too many. If I’m actively looking for a job then I’ll be on the website looking, I don’t need 5 emails a day, every day showing job openings that I don’t even qualify for. easy to sort jobs by location, title, type, and more. Easy to use and easy to apply. It is a must when looking for a job. There are other platforms out there but snagajob is just great. I prefer it over many of the other options. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
I think it could have more features. And more freelance jobs. A larger freelance section would just be amazing to a lot of people. The job market is nolong what it used to be. Many work for themselves rather than a large company. Or they are looking to start their own business. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
