What do you like best about Eyerys?

Easy to use with real-time updates. The fact that I can do certain changes myself is good Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Eyerys?

Would like my view to be specific to my profile. Don't want to view every survey that is on Eyerys. Surveys not in use to be grayed out or archived. There are a lot of blank fields in the raw data that can be taken out Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you like best about Eyerys?

The control to add your surveys within an hour when urgent research is required. The immediate feedback you can see from customers as they respond to surveys and the flexibility of the survey methods, channels and actions are great. I also love the escalation ability, which helps us as an organisation to follow up with customers and close the loop. Resulting in customer loyalty and tenure. What do you dislike about Eyerys?

It can get slow when working with large sets of data. Reporting within Eyerys is not great. Reporting can be improved to show more insights into areas or sections of customers that are improving or declining. Tracking scores over time would be beneficial since it is measuring trackers. What do you like best about Eyerys?

Simplicity to navigate. Very easy to set-up reports and dashboards and quick access to survey summaries makes it easy to pull fast insights and snapshot reports to share with teams and stakeholders

What do you dislike about Eyerys?

The dashboard widgets reset if anything is changed - challenging to create a layout that stays - widgets move around on the page, and with three live surveys and one monthly running, I access and use the dashboard a lot. However, my widgets keep moving around on the page
