**What do you like best about Eyerys?**

The control to add your surveys within an hour when urgent research is required. The immediate feedback you can see from customers as they respond to surveys and the flexibility of the survey methods, channels and actions are great. I also love the escalation ability, which helps us as an organisation to follow up with customers and close the loop.  Resulting in customer loyalty and tenure.

**What do you dislike about Eyerys?**

It can get slow when working with large sets of data.  Reporting within Eyerys is not great. Reporting can be improved to show more insights into areas or sections of customers that are improving or declining. Tracking scores over time would be beneficial since it is measuring trackers.

**What problems is Eyerys solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Eyerys is our one-stop shop for customer and employee surveys. It is the voice of our customers, identifies issues, escalates to the correct departments for resolution and provides raw data that we transform into dashboards used throughout the business.

**What do you like best about Eyerys?**

Simplicity to navigate. Very easy to set-up reports and dashboards and quick access to survey summaries makes it easy to pull fast insights and snapshot reports to share with teams and stakeholders

Easy to pull raw data for deep dives and draw further insights from survey results.

**What do you dislike about Eyerys?**

The dashboard widgets reset if anything is changed - challenging to create a layout that stays - widgets move around on the page, and with three live surveys and one monthly running, I access and use the dashboard a lot. However, my widgets keep moving around on the page

Not having the ability to use custom dates on the dashboard makes them very rigid

**What problems is Eyerys solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Keeping track of my surveys in real-time, ability to report and track survey results easily; 24/7 access to my completed survey data

We're still grounding several elements internally; however, for our business, we now have meaningful data to make decisions from and gather insights that will improve our business.

It is extremely user-friendly, there is always support when you require it, and i have had the pleasure of using the system for many different tasks.

**What do you dislike about Eyerys?**

I cannot say that i dislike anything about the system due to the fact that i am constantly learning new ways to use it for different reporting purposes

**What problems is Eyerys solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Helping us improve our Net Promotor Score and assist our clients better through responses received through the Eyerys System almost daily.

Flexible design and having all your data in one place. A complete modern solution, that is flexible and data oriented.

Innovative business solution for small and large companies.

At this stage there isn't something specific.

It allows me to see why customers are dissatisfied and in which areas we can improve to have more satisfied customers.

I found that fact that reports being readily available is a huge plus.

Although numerous dashboard functionalitys are available there is room for improvement by adding additional dashboard widgets

Gives me great insight to my customers experience and satisfaction levels and assists greatly with coaching and upskilling call centre agents

Provide us with valuable information from our tenants about our service, service from our agents, resolution of enquiries, and areas we need to focus on for improvement.

Easy to use with real-time updates. The fact that I can do certain changes myself is good

**What do you dislike about Eyerys?**

Would like my view to be specific to my profile. Don't want to view every survey that is on Eyerys. Surveys not in use to be grayed out or archived. There are a lot of blank fields in the raw data that can be taken out

Easy access to survey raw data  as the business requests data regularly

From a CX point of view, Eyerys is helping us as a company to target vital areas.

I can't think of any dislikes right now; overall just a positive experience.

Eyerys can get to the customer in a personalised way, which we cannot always do from a business side. Valuable information is gained from Eyerys and it helps to target services in a way that will benefit the customer and the business.

The ease of use to set up and deploy surveys. The reporting modules are easy to read and have useful depth. The Eyerys-Smoke Team is extremely easy to do business with.

There are no true dislikes as anything asked for in terms of enhancements or needs are quickly worked and deployed.

Eyerys allows us to use one system for all survey types across multiple lines of business. The benefit is it's all in one system and reporting can be combined or separated etc...

Eyerys usability and user experience is a 10/10 , it is an absolute powerful system to use for VOC Customer Insights.

Having to manually set widgets, preset widgets would be really helpful.

Eyerys has helped us make our Customers' voices heard and has also enable us to turn our detractors into promoters by using the escalation case management tool.

The real-time data that is provided to the managers.  Managers can dive into their scores and their agents to get a better understanding of performance.

The dashboards on the page are sometimes difficult to align.  I have a number of dashboards which sometimes makes it difficult to view.

Eyerys is pushing real-time data to our managers helping them understand what customer experience we are creating allowing them to better manage their teams
