1. Very easy to use, and easy to make the changes in the flows of the chatbot

I have been using the product for quite sometime and I must say it is loaded with features, if you have the budgets for it then its a must use app. And the integration process was completd in 1 day along with the business account verification process. Customer support is great, they are available when required and will promptly reply and get your matter resolved. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

1. The additional BI purchase must be avoided as other similar serivce which I use does not require us to buy additional BI.

2. The media upload size needs to improve especially for video files, which other similar service I use has an option to till 16mb, here we have the option to only upload 5mb video, which I not usefull as any video below 5mb the quality is quite bad. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
